The swearing in of Lagos Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and Deputy Governor Obafemi Hamzat, for a second term, is underway despite the rain.
Sanwo-Olu and Hamzat arrived about 10.15am and the programme officially kicked off with the national anthem.

The Governor thereafter inspected the parade and acknowledged cheers from guests, after which the parade continued despite the rain.
