Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has urged the Yafin community in Badagry Local Government to support Abiodun Patinvoh, the first Aholu of Yafin, for development.
He spoke three months after the permanent secretary in Ministry of Local Government and Community Affairs gave the king a staff of office on May 27, in Badagry.
The governor, represented by Olusegun Onilude, council chairman, enjoined the people to support the king during his reign.

Setonji David, lawmaker representing Badagry Constituency 2, said traditional rulers were custodians of culture.
David, deputy Chief Whip in House of Assembly, hailed the governor for approving more rulers in Badagry.
Chairman of the occasion, Saheed Adamson, Aholu of Ajido, urged residents of Yafin to cooperate with the new king.
Patinvoh promised to carry everyone along during his reign.
