FORMER Governor of Borno State, Kashim Shettima, is winning in all areas at the moment. He was recently appointed as the All Progressives Congress’ vice presidential candidate in the race to pick the next president of Nigeria next year. Picking him was a tough call but it’s now official that he will be running alongside the party’s presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu.
Again, his beautiful daughter, Fatima, will be getting married to her beau, Sadiq Ibrahim Bunu, on Saturday, July 30, in Maiduguri.
Despite the distraction from politics, it was gathered that the ex-governor is looking forward to Fatima’s wedding and has extended invites to all his friends in government, business and top companies.
Our source said the occasion would be colourful and big, considering that he just became the vice presidential candidate of APC.
It added that Shettima is happy and he’s ready to host his friends in Maiduguri.
