A suspected Boko Haram bomber killed at least 11 people when he blew himself up near a mosque in Cameroon, military sources and local officials said on Thursday.
The attack took place late on Wednesday, Reuters reported.
“After evening prayer, the faithful gathered under a tent in Djakana. A suicide bomber exploded and killed 11 people. Four others were injured,” a local official told Reuters.
A Cameroonian army officer said the attack was carried out by a young boy.
