A 42-year-old man, Ugwu Uchechukwu, was yesterday arraigned at Karu Magistrate Court, Abuja, for alleged criminal breach of trust.
The defendant, who lives at Ado, Karu in Nasarawa State, is facing a two-count charge of criminal breach of trust and cheating.
Prosecutor Edwin Ochayi said the complainant, Chibuzo Chikelu, reported at Karu Police Station, Abuja, that the accused allegedly cheated him by breaching the agreement they had.
He said sometime in July 2017, Chikelu entrusted a Toyota Coaster High Capacity bus, registered as XB373KRV, to the accused for commercial purpose.
Ochayi said the accused and Chikelu agreed the accused should remit N50,000 to him on a weekly basis.
