The Ajayi Dahunsi Memorial Baptist Church (TADMBC), Ilasamaja, Lagos, will on Good Friday, April 18, 2025, host its annual Easter musical concert, tagged “Crown of Victory,” in commemoration of the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
The event, which begins at 10am at the Church auditorium located at 55/57 Akanro Street, will feature choral performances, hymn renditions, and soul-lifting music, drawing worshippers from across the Lagos Christian community and beyond.
In a statement, the Church emphases that this year’s Cantata was inspired by Revelation 14:14, is a symbolic reminder of Christ’s triumph over death and sin.
The Church also said the theme emphasises the glory and power of the risen Christ, offering hope to all who believe in Him.

Pastor of the Church, Reverend Dr. Olusola Idowu, described the concert as an opportunity to reflect on the love of Christ expressed through His sacrifice.
“Our Easter Cantata affords us a wonderful privilege to reflect on the sacrificial love of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, which He fully expressed through His death and resurrection.
“We invite you to join us this year as we specifically reflect on His Crown of Righteousness (Revelation 14:14). You will surely be blessed as you come,” he said.
Rev. Idowu explained that the Cantata, a long-standing tradition at TADMBC, is open to the general public and promises an unforgettable experience of worship, reflection, and celebration.
He added that with voices united in praise, the event will reaffirm the hope of believers in the promise of eternal life.
