Tojemarine Academy of Lagos and Safety Babes of Abuja will be crowned Ardova Handball Premier League champions Sunday with a game to spare.
Tojemarine Academy have amassed 20 wins from 21 games and have 61 points while second place Rima Strikers have 18 wins, one draw, two losses and are on 58 points. Both sides will slug it out in the final game of the season on Sunday.
Safety Babes have won all their 17 games and are on course for their fourth consecutive title.

In some of the games played yesterday, Seasider Babes beat Bendel Dynamos 33-23, Plateau Peacocks lost to Delta Queens 30-40, while Rivers Queens defeated COAS Babes 27-26.
In the men’s category, Tojemarine Academy defeated Benue Buffaloes 28-24, while Rima Strikers beat Sunshine Kings 40-33.
Today, Rima Queens will hope to tame Imo Grasshoppers, Lagos Seasiders will battle Adamawa Warriors, while Correction Boys will hope to cage Niger United.
