    Ijoba Lande forgives Baba Tee for affair with estranged wife

    Actor and skit maker Ijoba Lande said he has forgiven his colleague Baba Tee for having an affair with his estranged wife, Dara.

    Lande had earlier accused Baba Tee of sleeping with his wife, which the latter initially denied but later admitted to.

    Baba Tee claimed he was not aware that Dara was married and apologised for his actions.

    In a video message, Lande announced that he has forgiven Baba Tee, saying, “Thank you so much everyone for your concern and your support. And I want to use this opportunity to say Baba Tee, I have forgiven you from the bottom of my heart. I swear to Almighty Allah.”

    In a separate interview, Lande revealed he possesses evidence of eight other men who had affairs with Dara, describing the experience as “painful”.

    Dara, the estranged wife of skit maker and actor Ijoba Lande, has also addressed the allegations of cheating levelled by her husband.

    In a recent TikTok live, Dara shared her side of the story, denying claims that she had s3x with actor Baba Tee during a game of Truth or Dare.

    According to Dara, she met Baba Tee through a mutual friend, Mary Gold, and did not know that her actions would be misconstrued.

    Dara claimed that during the game, Mary Gold stripped naked and gave Baba Tee a blowjob.

    She then dared Baba Tee to have s3x with Dara but Dara said she refused, instead choosing to sit on his lap.

    Dara challenged her estranged husband to provide evidence of infidelity, stating that their breakup was not due to cheating.

    She maintained that she does not sleep around and that Lande is aware of this.

    Dara said: “The first time I met Baba Tee was in July last year when Marygold told me we should go to his house because she wanted to invite him for the launching of her movie. When we got there, Baba Tee didn’t know I was Lande’s wife, we greeted and Marygold said she wanted to drink alcohol.

    “There was no alcohol in the house so Marygold and Baba Tee’s driver went to buy it while I sat down in the living room. Baba Tee and I didn’t talk till they returned. When Marygold entered the house, she said we should start a TRUTH OR DARE game.

    ”I didn’t want to but she encouraged me so I told Baba Tee that I was Lande’s wife and we started the game. As the game was going on, Marygold stripped herself naked and gave Baba Tee a BJ. By then I already drank 10 shots of alcohol while Marygold and Baba Tee were smoking ‘igbo’. Marygold then dared Baba Tee to give me a doggy style so Baba Tee went to get a condom.

    “When he came back, I told him I would not allow doggy but I would sit on him. We then told Marygold to turn to the wall so she wouldn’t watch us. I only sat on his laps; we didn’t do anything.

    “Lande knows I don’t sleep around. I challenge him to bring out any evidence that I ever cheated on him. I will not say the reason why we broke up for now due to some personal reasons but it wasn’t about infidelity.”

    The drama began when Ijoba Lande accused his wife of cheating with multiple actors, including Baba Tee.

    Baba Tee has admitted to sleeping with her, and Dara has now come forward to share her side of the story, denying any wrongdoing.

    Actor and comedian Baba Tee has denied having an affair with Ijoba Lande’s wife, Dara.

    Lande had accused Baba Tee and 20 other entertainers of having affairs with his wife before their separation in January 2025.

    In a video interview on his Instagram page, Baba Tee challenged Lande to provide evidence to support his claim.

    He stated that he had never met or spoken to Lande’s wife before mid-2024, when Mary Gold, Lande’s manager and Dara’s best friend, introduced her to him for an MC job.

    Baba Tee recounted the meeting, saying that Mary Gold brought Dara to his house without introducing her as Lande’s wife.

    He claimed that he only found out about Dara’s marital status when Mary Gold confessed during their conversation.

    The actor expressed shock at Lande’s public accusations, stating that he had only met Lande once in his life.

    Baba Tee demanded that Lande provide proof of the alleged affair.

    He said: “I have never met or spoken to Lande’s wife in my life. I didn’t even know what she looked like until mid-2024 when Mary Gold called me regarding an MC job because I’m also a stand-up comedian.

    “Mary Gold said she was in my estate and wanted to see me about the launch of her movie. But she barged in with a total stranger, and I questioned why she brought someone I didn’t know to my house. She then told me that the girl was a content creator and an up-and-coming artiste and that her name is Dara that was how she introduced her to me.

    “I overheard them talking in my apartment, and Mary Gold was saying, ‘It seems Baba Tee is already aware.’

    “I had to barge in and ask, ‘What does Baba Tee know?’ It took a while before she confessed that the lady was Lande’s wife. And I asked, ‘Why didn’t you introduce her as Lande’s wife?’

    “The next thing I heard was Lande calling me out on Instagram, hurling insults at me. I was shocked because I have only seen Lande once in my life.

    “Lande, I am putting this to you—present evidence for the allegations you have made against me. Show proof to the world that I slept with your wife.”

    Actor and comedian Babatunde Bernard Tayo, better known as Baba Tee, has asserted that irrespective of a DNA test result, he will accept a child that isn’t his.

    Nigerians have been divided over whether it is necessary to do DNA tests or not given recent cases of paternity fraud.

    In a recent interview with TVC, Baba Tee stated the high rate of paternity fraud in the country is due to several issues, including poor upbringing and lack of sexual satisfaction.

    He asserted that when it comes to paternity fraud, the woman is always the one at fault, stressing that the blame can’t be shifted to the man regardless of how his actions may have influenced the woman’s actions.

    He, however, said he can accept a child that isn’t his if his partner is truly remorseful for cheating.

    His words: “Women can’t use domestic violence or infidelity on the part of their spouses as an excuse for paternity fraud. If a man is not treating you well, walk out of the marriage. 

    ”When it comes to paternity fraud, the woman is always at fault. You can’t shift the blame to the man because men don’t conceive. As a woman, if you know you can’t tolerate your husband’s maltreatment or infidelity, leave the marriage.

    “Personally, there is nothing I can’t keep for a woman who is good to me. If a woman cheats on me and a child comes out of it and I find out, I will forgive her if she is remorseful. I will take the child as my own.”

    Tinubu eradicated insecurity in Lagos, says Baba Tee

    Popular actor Babatunde Bernard Tayo, aka Baba Tee, has claimed he supported Tinubu during the 2023 presidential campaign because of his impeccable past governance and leadership in Lagos State.

    Speaking in a recent episode of The Honest Bunch Podcast, Baba Tee disclosed that he rooted for Tinubu because he benefited from his free education initiative in Lagos State.

    He said he campaigned for the former Lagos Governor pro bono.

    “I campaigned for Bola Tinubu because I benefited from his free education, and security during RRS, nobody gave me money,” Baba Tee said.

    “We used to suffer from a lot of insecurity back then. Hoodlums will send letters that they are coming to terrorise a particular area and they will indeed come. Nightlife in Lagos then was hellfire. But when Tinubu came, Lagos was reformed.

    “My mum who was a petty trader was also a victim of the robbery in Lagos then. Tinubu actually eradicated insecurity in Lagos. And because of that I supported him in the presidential election out of my own free will,” the comedian said.

    Popular comedian, Babatunde Bernard Tayo, widely known as Baba Tee, has vehemently asserted that cheating is a natural act for men. 

    According to him, men would always cheat as cheating is a “man’s next skin.”

    Baba Tee stated this in the latest episode of The Honest Bunch Podcast, co-hosted by actor, Chinedu Ani Emmanuel, popularly known as Nedu.

    Baba Tee said cheating doesn’t necessarily mean a man does not love his partner

    “A man will always cheat till thy kingdom comes. Even when a man is cheating, his mind is still with his partner. Cheating is men’s next skin, whether you like it or not,” he said.

    He said any woman who is not comfortable with a cheating husband should consider marrying a robot that she can control or be ready to be lonely for life.

    Actor Babatunde Bernard Tayo popularly known as Baba Tee has recounted how the first ever physical assault he received was from his first wife, Yetunde.

    In an interview with The Honest Bunch podcast, Nedu Wazobia, Baba T confessed that his ex-wife first abused him with a heavy slap.

    Speaking on how he met his wife, Baba T revealed that he unexpectedly met his spouse and that their first s3xual encounter took place in the sitting room.
