    Car firm unveils vehicle, after-sales service

    Carloha Nigeria has unveiled Chery Tiggo 9 SUV and CarlohaCare brand in Lagos.

    The firm said its goal is to ease access to modern mobility while improving after-sales.

    Managing Director, Mr. Sola Adigun, said CarlohaCare 6-6-7 initiative offers six years warranty, six years free scheduled maintenance, and a seven-day repair with a courtesy car guarantee.

    Speaking on Chery’s global success and technology, Adigun said Chinese innovation is redefining the auto sector.

    He said Chery, China’s largest vehicle exporter, has five million exports underscoring global confidence and acceptance of the brand.

    He stressed that Nigerian customers can experience the same quality recognised in over 80 countries.

    Adigun reiterated Carloha’s investment in human capital, highlighting efforts to train Nigerian technicians.

    He explained that this will ensure every Chery vehicle sold in Nigeria is backed by local expertise and parts availability.

    General Manager of Marketing, Mr. Taiwo Akinpelu, said Tiggo 9 is a landmark addition to the SUV market.

    He said it combines cutting-edge technology, comfort, and safety standards, making it the most reliable choice in its category.

    He added that Carloha’s advanced driver-assist features, robust safety architecture, and luxury design were crafted for families and businesses.

    “Every journey in Tiggo 9 is backed by engineering excellence and CarlohaCare 6-6-7 package, which guarantees value,” Taiwo said.

    Carloha noted that its ambition is to make car ownership more affordable and sustainable.

    It announced plans to begin local assembly in 2026 to reduce costs, create jobs, and expand Nigeria’s automotive capacity.

    Carloha Nigeria, distributor of Chery cars, is offering a special after-sales package to make access to new sedans and SUVs easier and more affordable.

    Speaking at Carloha’s Alapere showroom in Lagos, Managing Director, Sola Adigun, said through innovation, investment, and training, Carloha is improving ownership experience and supporting industrialisation and contributing to national development.

    Adigun said the firm is offering Chery owners a six-year warranty, free maintenance, and a seven-day repair promise.

    “This approach underscores Carloha’s vision to make Chery ownership easy, worry-free, and affordable, positioning the brand as the smartest choice for discerning individuals,” he said.

    General Manager, Marketing, Taiwo Akinpelu, described the upcoming launch of Chery Tiggo 9 as key to Nigerian automotive market.

    Akinpelu noted that the Tiggo 9 is a family-oriented SUV that combines cutting-edge technology, premium comfort, and safety standards.

    He said Tiggo 9 stands out for its intelligent driver-assist features, advanced safety architecture with multiple airbags, and robust build quality using high-strength steel.

    He emphasised that owners will enjoy the industry-defining Carloha Care 6-6-7 package, ensuring that beyond its advanced features, the SUV delivers peace of mind and value to families and businesses.

    The media engagement also spotlighted Carloha’s future growth plan. Beginning next year, the company will commence local vehicle assembly in Nigeria, a strategic move aimed at further reducing the cost of vehicle ownership while driving industrial development, creating jobs, and boosting local capacity.

    By investing in capacity building for Nigerian technicians and expanding its service network nationwide, Adigun said the firm is ensuring parts availability, technical expertise, and sustainable customer confidence in the Chery brand.

    Carloha Nigeria, the official franchise holder and assembler of Chery vehicles, has formalised  a partnership with the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF).

     The signing ceremony, which took place at the Carloha Showroom, was attended by top dignitaries, including the Chairman of the Nigerian Sports Commission (NSC), Mallam Shehu Dikko, the President of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Alhaji Ibrahim Gusau, CEO of Carloha, Mr. Liang Long, Managing Director, Carloha Nigeria, Mr. Sola Adigun, Chairman of the NFF Technical and Development Committee Alhaji Sharif Rabiu Inuwa, and Member of the NFF Executive Committee, Ms Aisha Falode.

    Adigun said the partnership solidifies Carloha’s commitment to supporting Nigerian football, aligning with its vision to promote excellence, mobility, and national development through sports.

    “This collaboration is set to enhance the development of football in Nigeria, and reinforce Carloha’s presence as a key player in Nigeria’s sports ecosystem,” he said.

    He expressed enthusiasm about the initiative, stating that the partnership aims to have a long-lasting impact on football’s growth by providing essential support to grassroots and professional football initiatives.

    Long described the partnership as auspicious, saying the company is determined to drive the Super Eagles to overtake their opponents and qualify for the 2026 FIFA World Cup finals, as a priority project.

    He hailed the firm for its  support and investment in the sport, noting that the collaboration will contribute significantly to the smooth running of the federation’s activities.

    Carloha Nigeria, the authorised dealer of Chery vehicles in Nigeria put up a brilliant display of Chery line of vehicles at the two-day auto show.

    During the event, Chery brand stole the show with display of latest models, such as the Arrizzo 5, Tiggo 2, Tiggo 4, Tiggo 7 Pro, and Tiggo 8 Pro.

    The event was declared opened by Emir of Borgu Kingdom in Niger State Alhaji Mohammed Dantoro. The Emir’s presence added a touch of royalty and prestige to the occasion, setting the stage for a truly remarkable showcase of automotive excellence.

    Chery stood out among a host of other automobile companies, including Jetour, Toyota, JAC, Fiat, Seclev, and Suzuki, with its stunning display and engaging activities.     Carloha, however, declared a warranty of six years/200,000 km whichever comes first, and six years free maintenance package for the purchase of any Chery models.

    Carloha also offers state-of-the-arts workshop with qualified expatriates engineers and technicians to ensure adequate aftersales services to all Chery customers.
