  • Allianz Nigeria partners Cars45

    Allianz Nigeria has collaborated with a leading tech-powered automotive trading firm, Cars45 to deepen retail insurance and entrepreneurship opportunities for youths on its  Cars45autopreneur.

    The platform aims to empower  Nigerians through paid referrals using the Cars45autopreneur mobile app. Allianz Nigeria, on the other hand, will provide insurance cover for cars bought on the platform.

    An Executive at Allianz Nigeria, Owolabi Salami, noted that with the unemployment rate at 23.1 per cent and underemployment at 16.6 per cent, there was the need for corporate citizens to offer income-earning opportunities that would be suitable alternatives to formal employment for youths.

    “We want to partner you to increase your income-earning capacity by selling insurance for us when you sell cars,” Owolabi said.

    The Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer, Allianz Nigeria, Walter Bossman, noted that the deal with Cars45 is in tandem with Allianz’ long-term strategy to deepen insurance penetration in African markets through strategic partnerships and contemporary distribution channels.

  • Cars45 introduces emergency service

    An automotive trading platform, Cars45 has introduced an Emergency Service.

    The service, the firm said, is to deliver professional, quick-response services for stranded consumers at prompt notice.

    Cars45 Vice President, Customer and Dealer Experience, Oluseyi Folaranmi added that the service is aimed at bringing relief and comfort to road users.

    Roadside assistance ranging from jump-starting a vehicle if the battery loses charge, replacing a flat tire with a spare, delivering fuel to stranded vehicles, towing off disabled vehicles and lockout services for keys that have been locked inside the vehicle would be provided.

    Folaranmi added that the service is borne out of Cars45’s commitment to providing its valued customers with essential automotive services that make their lives easier and more productive.

    “The Emergency Service is testament to Cars45’s efforts at improving customer experience and bringing relief to road users on their journey. Our commitment is to consistently improve the nation’s automotive industry with extensive investment in developing solutions that make life better and delivers convenience to users on every trip,” Folaranmi said.

     

  • Cars45 gives boost to Reality Tv Show

    CARS45 has announced the signing of an agreement to support the nation’s number one premium car television show, Cars and Stars. The partnership seeks to promote the appreciation and culture of car review shows in Nigeria and empower viewers with the knowledge of all things automotive.

    Cars and Stars, which is currently in its second season, provides viewers with an informative and entertaining experience via reviews focused on the new and used car industries, exciting celebrity interviews, as well as local and international auto industry news updates.

    Vice President, Consumer-to-Business services, Cars45, Mayokun Fadeyibi, described the partnership as a commitment from Car45 to continue to deepen value creation and reinforce its position as a market-maker within Nigeria’s automotive industry.

    It will be recalled that only a few months ago, Cars45 powered the launch of #FaajiFriday by actor-comedian, EmmaOhMyGod, and recently released two mouth-watering television commercials, which have been aired on BigBrotherNaija reality show.
