The Chairmanship aspirant in Mushin Local Government, Abiola Okeowo, has urged youths back off from the planned protest, stating that their actions can either make or mar the nation.
Okeowo said: “Let’s advocate our rights through peaceful means, engaging our leaders, and participate in the democratic process to bring about the change we desire. Our strength lies in our unity and our ability to work together towards a brighter future.”

He said despite the hardship in the country, the current administration is poised to improve welfare of the people.
Okeowo pleaded with youths to harness their energy and channel it towards constructive engagement and dialogue.
“Let us work together to find solutions that will uplift our nation. Destruction of property and violent protests will only set us back and harm our communities,” he said.
