    Her post reads,”This is 25. I haven’t always loved you as much. But my goodness. This last year has been so beautiful, you’ve grown, you’ve chosen happiness against all odds and you lived Daniella. You are such an amazing woman and before anyone tells you the same, I will tell you first.You give out so much love regardless of reciprocity not because it’s not hard but because God has shown you so much love it’s hard to hold back what already overflows.     Former Big Brother Naija housemate Daniella Peters has updated fans on how she narrowly avoided a kidnapping attempt in Abuja.

    In a video posted on her Instagram page, she expressed appreciation for the public’s support and confirmed her safety.

    Daniella, last week, alleged a kidnap attempt by a  cab driver in Abuja. 

    She said she reported the incident to the authorities, who investigated and apprehended the driver, who has since confessed.

    According to her: “Hello everyone, I am making this video to address my last post concerning near kidnapping experience that I encountered last week Friday. I want to thank everyone who has shown concern by commenting, calling and tagging the necessary organisations to ensure that this matter was handled urgently.

    “I have been to the police station and back to the hospital. I thank the police for handling this matter thoroughly. As we speak the cab driver has confessed to everything I said”, she said.

    Captioning the video, she wrote, “I’m now safe and recovering. God bless you all. Be safe.”

    Daniella Peters, a popular contestant from the reality TV show Big Brother Naija (BBN), has recounted how a cab driver in Abuja attempted to kidnap her.  

    The incident, which she recounted in an emotional Instagram, post,  sent shockwaves through fanbase and social media.

    Peters detailed her ordeal, explaining how what started as a routine ride quickly turned into a nightmare. 

    According to her account, the driver began behaving suspiciously soon after she got into the car. 

    Realising the imminent danger, Peters took drastic measures to ensure her safety. 

    She managed to manually unlock the door and jumped out of the moving vehicle, narrowly escaping what could have been a dire situation.

    “I was almost kidnapped by a cabbie in Abuja. I had to jump out of the car after I opened the door manually,” Peters wrote. 

    She also shared the profile of the driver, urging her followers to stay vigilant and be cautious when using ride-hailing services.

    The post has garnered thousands of reactions and comments from concerned fans and well-wishers, many of whom have expressed their relief at her narrow escape and commended her bravery.
