Organizations host 2025 STEAM quiz competition for schools

Digith, a tech education company focused on promoting STEM and STEAM learning among young people, successfully hosted the 2025 edition of its annual STEAM Quiz Competition in Ikorodu, Lagos.

This year’s event brought together enthusiastic student teams from Skylink Children School, Balad Private School, Raodah School, and Jetlink College, who competed in a series of quiz rounds designed to assess their practical understanding of coding, robotics, and general STEAM knowledge.

The atmosphere was one of healthy competition and shared learning, as students tackled questions that challenged their grasp of both foundational concepts and real-world applications in technology and science. The competition highlighted not just memorisation, but the ability to think critically, apply knowledge, and work collaboratively.

Skylink Children School emerged as the overall winner, but all participating schools delivered strong performances, demonstrating the growing capacity of young learners in tech-focused education.

“This event showcases how early engagement in STEAM can build confidence, curiosity, and competence among students,” said Tosin Ojo. “Every school represented here today deserves credit for investing in the future of learning.”

The 2025 STEAM Quiz Competition stands as a testament to the importance of integrating practical, tech-oriented education into the curriculum, preparing students not just for exams but for the future.
