Boat Mishap: Adanma Luke must face the consequences – Doris Ogala tells Uche Ogbodo

Actress Doris Ogala has expressed disagreement with her colleague, Uche Ogbodo, regarding her support for Adanma Luke, the movie that claimed the lives of Junior Pope and others.

Uche Ogbodo had shown her support for Adanma, stating that Adanma was only a victim of circumstances by being the producer of the job as most producers have taken such risks before.

She urged Adanma to remain resilient and questioned the validity of accusations against her, emphasising that Adanma is a young woman striving to support herself and her family.

Doris appealed to Nigerians, asserting that Adanma should not be blamed for the accident, highlighting that she had taken risks by boarding the boat without a life jacket.

Reacting to her statement, Uche Ogbodo expressed her affection for Doris as a sister but emphasized that ignorance cannot justify the tragic loss of lives attributed to Adanma’s “low-budget” movie.

Doris pointed out the devastating consequences for the families left behind by Junior Pope and the other crew members, underscoring that Adanma’s role as a nursing mother should not exempt her from accountability.

She said: “Uche Ogbodo, you are my sister and I love you so much. But ignorance is not an excuse. We lost the lives of our members because of Adanma Luke’s shortcut to archive a movie with a low budget by endangering the lives of these innocent people. Let’s remove sentiments and emotions here. Junior Pope left behind his wife and children. The other crew members have families.

“So are you saying we should ignore this negligence from Adanma Luke because she’s a nursing mother? No, my girl. Adanma Luke and the owner of that movie should face the law. @emekarollas should stop shielding them

“@ucheogbodo my sister’s ignorance is not an excuse. Adamma Luke and the owner of that movie contributed immensely to this tragedy. Let’s remove sentiments and emotions here. Let them face the consequences of their actions which took the lives of our members. ahhhhhh how could they embark on such a journey without a life jacket? This is totally unacceptable. What kind of stupid carelessness is that.”

Cheating dangerous, unhealthy, says Doris Ogala

Actress Doris Ogala has argued a cheating partner can endanger one’s life by spreading  s3xually transmitted diseases.

She claims that being in a cheating relationship is unhealthy and dangerous and as such she wouldn’t subscribe to such for herself.

In an interview, she said: “Being in a cheating relationship is unhealthy in the sense that a cheating partner can endanger one’s life by way of contracting sexually transmitted diseases.

“So, cheating is not really the problem, but cutting one’s life short because of a cheating partner is an issue. Most people don’t understand the trauma women go through when their partners cheat. I can’t speak for all women though, because there are some who prefer to cheat back. That way, both parties don’t know who is going to infect the other.

One of my exes called one day and said my love could be choking, and that’s because when I love, I would give everything to the person. But, some men don’t like that.”
