Dr. Princess Oghene has officially declared her intention to contest for the position of Public Relations (PR) Secretary of the US Government Exchange Alumni Association of Nigeria (USGEAAN), unveiling an ambitious agenda aimed at amplifying the association’s visibility and global impact.
In a statement released by her spokesperson, Bolatito Adebola, Oghene described herself as a strategic communicator with a track record of excellence.
Backed by platforms like the GAH Awards and GAH Elite Magazine, she has elevated thousands of creatives and changemakers across Nigeria and beyond.
“This isn’t just PR, it’s purpose, with proof,” she said, affirming her commitment to performance-driven leadership.

The statement highlighted Oghene’s impressive achievements, including the training of over 12,000 women and youth through the GMYT Fashion Academy and the recognition of over 7,000 individuals via the GAH Awards. A prolific author, she has published nine books, notably Against All Odds: Global GAH Chronicles.
Her PR agenda, according to Adebola, will be built on three pillars: Visibility for All, Strategic Brand Partnerships, and Strong Internal Communication. “I will position USGEAAN alumni as thought leaders and nation builders through elite storytelling and media features,” she pledged.
Already in 2025, Oghene has hosted more than 100 women at an International Women’s Day Business Summit and organised the GAH Elite Tennis Tournament, drawing sponsorships from major brands including Air Peace and SPAR.
“She’s not just a candidate; she’s a movement,” Adebola said. “Dr. Oghene isn’t campaigning with politics, but with performance, credibility, and a proven ability to shape media, culture, and visibility.”
