Boakye-Manu (deguy gh) Ebenezer Boakye-Manu, also known as DEGUY GH, a Ghanaian-born skit creator, has described why he chose the identity of a woman to entertain millions of admirers across the world.
DEGUY GH began creating stuff on social media in 2020, shortly after the epidemic broke out.
Recognizing the need for advice, he researched numerous industry personalities but it wasn’t as easy as he had hoped until his co-skitmaker helped polish his technique.
DEGUY GH has cleverly discovered the perfect approach to entertain anyone looking to relieve tension via laughing. Understanding the intrinsically empowered part of him that can artistically fit into the role of a feminine character in his skits has significantly enhanced his stock in the industry.
There are many disadvantages to being a content producer, such as having little free time for yourself because millions of people are waiting for you to give them fresh information, but the upside is that you are always paving the path for greater fame and money.
Low interactions were a major barrier for me when I first started creating content since I didn’t know what my specialty was. Until I sat down to consider my audience’s choices. “I got it, started working with it, and overcame that,” stated Ebenezer Boakye-Manu.
Continuing, DEGUY GH stated: “The whole notion of wearing as a lady is ‘women have hilarious characteristics,’ therefore dressed as a lady to express those traits was the goal, and I knew I could do it flawlessly.
“My friend, who also dresses as a woman with the Bread, was the one who sat me down back in 2021 to teach me how Tiktok works in terms of video editing; we didn’t go to any dancing school, but we sat down to create our own style of dance, and we know our audience enjoys seeing us together, so we do more video content together.
“I’m creative, and I observed that a lot of my audience loves Bollywood, so I had to come up with something hilarious to liven things up.” Looking back on his journey, he is filled with pride, fulfillment, and enthusiasm.
“Though his popularity and account balance have been considerably rewarded, his ultimate goal is to provide his followers and supporters with unequaled material.
” After graduating with a first degree in public administration, I was unable to find work, so I began creating video material without my parent’s knowledge or agreement because he was living alone at the time.
“My parents learned about my content production when they watched me on a television station one day… they were genuinely proud of me and never discouraged me.
“I’ve even persuaded my mother, sister, and brother to help me create video material. Honestly, I’m really proud of myself for going this far because content production is not an easy chore to keep up with, but I battled it, and I fought for popularity as well, so I’m very pleased of myself, but I still haven’t gotten to where I want to be.”
DEGUY GH added: “The world will see me, and I have many more opportunities to explore, such as a space tour.”
