    In the spirit of the Ramadan, Nigerian music sensation, Ekunrawo, emphasised the importance of showing compassion and solidarity with those in need, noting that small acts of kindness can make a significant difference in people’s lives.

    This was as he visited the Makoko slum, Africa’s largest floating slum, located in Lagos, to extend a helping hand and spread love to the less privileged.

    Renowned for his chart-topping hit “For My Head” featuring Perruzi, the musician said the gesture demonstrated his commitment to philanthropy and community development.

    The visit to Makoko was part of Ekunrawo’s ongoing Show Some Love project, which aims to make a positive impact in communities across Nigeria.

    Accompanied by his team, Ekunrawo distributed relief materials, including food items, clothing, and essential supplies, to residents of the slum.

    Speaking during the visit, Ekunrawo expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to give back to society, especially during the Holy month of Ramadan.

    In addition to the relief materials, Ekunrawo also donated funds to support education and healthcare initiatives in the Makoko community.

    He reiterated his commitment to supporting sustainable development projects that will improve the living conditions of residents in the slum and empower them to build a better future.

    Ekunrawo’s visit to Makoko and donations were warmly received by the community, with residents expressing their appreciation for his kindness and support.

    The beneficiaries said his actions serve as a shining example of how artists can use their platform and influence to make a positive impact in society.

    “As Ramadan continues, Ekunrawo encourages everyone to show love, kindness, and generosity to those in need, not just during the Holy month but throughout the year. His dedication to humanitarian causes serves as an inspiration to many, reminding us all of the true spirit of Ramadan Kareem,” one of the beneficiaries said.

    Ekunrawo set to take music industry by storm

    Russia-based Nigerian born singer, Adeleke Timileyin Tunde, popularly known as Ekunrawo in the music industries has said he is set to take the Nigerian music industry by storm.

    The Full Star Records fast-rising artist, who describes his music as Afro beats with a fusion of Hip hop and dancehall been celebrated on several stages in countries such as United States of America, London, Russia, Cyprus, Belgium and Ukraine.

    Ekunrawo, who is also set to make his mark on the fashion industry, recently dropped his latest effort, the video to his Russian song that translate to ‘This Is Between Us’.

    During a recent interview with Juke Box, the multilingual Russia-based Nigerian born singer, stressed that it was indeed his time to take over.

    “You know as the saying goes, east or west, home is best. I have performed in the US, London, Russia and a host of other European countries, I feel it is time to return home to contribute my quota to the development of the Nigerian music industry and also to make a name for myself here,” he said.

    On his love for entertainment, the singer, who has his eye on the fashion industry revealed that it started from an early age.

    “My love with entertainment started at a very early stage, as a young boy as early as when I was eight years old, I was always break-dancing with friends, we went as far as forming a group to entertain people and we performed in many competitions across Africa,” he sajd.

    He added that he also hopes to pursue his career as a model alongside his music career.

    Ekunrawo is a Nigerian fast rising and popular multi lingua music act based in Russia, he was born on 27th June 1986 in Lagos, Nigeria.

    He attended Haddin Memorial School Okesha, Ado for his primary school leaving certificate.

    Ekunrawo started his musical journey in 2012 before he was signed in 2018 to Fullstar Media, Ekunrawo is a multi lingua music artist, with fluency in Yoruba, English and Russian languages.

    Over the years Ekunrawo has performed across different continent and shared stages with world renowned artist in the U.S, London and across Europe.

    Ekunrawo is an international fashion model and a professional Civil Engineering alumni of the prestigious Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering of Volgograd State Technical University in Russia (IACE of VSTU), in addition to his academic pursue he is a PhD Holder.

    The musician dropped his latest musical EP project “Show Some Love” which has garnered acceptance among Nigeria and turning to a viral hit with the lead single “For Your Head” with Perruzi.

    He is a prominent philanthropist that has invested in many charities projects across Nigeria and Africa which has earned him applauds both home and abroad.
