    Inflation: EUC homes increases prices of estates by 10 percent

    Inflation has taken its toll on the real estate market as EUC Homes, a real estate firm, has announced a 10 per cent increase in the prices of its estates.

    The rise in prices comes as a response to the upward trend in inflation rates, which has been steadily climbing in recent months.

    This was made known in a statement on Wednesday in Abuja.

    The statement reads: “The management of Euc Homes Ltd is pleased to bring to the notice of esteemed customers and partners that from 29th February, 2024 the prices of our estate will increase up to 10% this is orchestrated by the steady rise in inflation in the country.

    “Our free real estate school is currently ongoing and lectures are held every Saturday. Also, our 30% commission structure for realtors is still invoked and they’re invited to utilize this window of opportunity to make huge sales.”

    The management of EUC homes Ltd led by CEO Hon Chief Uche Ben Odunzeh has announced it will take a massive measure in recovering all its alleged encroached lands in Lagos State.

    Speaking through its Press Secretary Hon Joshua Elekwachi, the management warned all land grabbers and perpetrators to stay clear because it will be a massive movement code named “Operation Kitchen Sink” to restore customers confidence in the real estate industry. 

    “EUC homes Ltd in the past 10 years has purchased and acquired over 400 hectares in several locations in the state and a known force to reckon in the sector,” the statement began.

    Explaining the feats of the company, it added:  “The company as a trendsetter being the originator of 15% commission for realtors and developing many choice estates in the Lekki corridor”. 

    The Project Manager Dr Muyiwa Adeyemo hailed the board of Directors and Odunzeh who empowered thousands of youths and entrepreneurs in the State to become real estate moguls.

    Odunzeh called on Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu to look into illegal land grabbing in the State and encourage the customary landlords and host communities he alleged are being gradually harassed daily by thugs and miscreants.

    He also appealed to the Commissioner of Police, Adegoke Fayoade to initiate measures to checkmate illegal land grabbing of lands across the State.

    It explained that the chairman of the firm who was absent for a while due to his voyage into politics is fully back after his attempt to govern his state as a governor.
