Ministry calls on youth to deepen faith in 2025

Grace and Faith International Ministry has called on youths to deepen their relationship with God as the year 2025 approaches.

The message was delivered during the opening session of their annual youth camp meeting in Lagos, themed “Flow of the Spirit.”

The Visionary of the Ministry, Faithful Emmanuel, highlighted the moral and ethical challenges confronting today’s youth, including peer pressure, materialism, and the erosion of traditional values.

He urged them to draw strength from their faith, emphasizing that spiritual growth is key to personal success and societal transformation.

“I urge you, as we enter the new year, to get closer to God, join a local church where the Bible is faithfully taught, and be accountable to your pastor. Be intentional about your growth as a Christian by following the dictates of the Bible and the leadership of the Holy Spirit,” he said.

Religious leaders at the event reinforced these teachings, encouraging the youth to prioritize prayer, ethical living, and community service.

They described the new year as an opportunity to renew their spiritual commitment and embrace values such as kindness, integrity, and accountability.

The camp also featured testimonies from participants who shared how their spiritual journeys had helped them overcome personal and professional challenges.

One attendee, Busayo Bankole, expressed her anticipation for greater spiritual experiences in the coming year.

“Flow of the Spirit—I want to dive into it and experience more of God in 2025, moving from 2024 into greater light, deeper anointing, and alignment with God’s purpose,” she said.

The ministry pledged to expand its outreach in 2025 by organizing more events that combine spiritual development with practical life skills.

These plans include mentorship programs, regional youth retreats, and partnerships with faith-based organizations to reach a wider audience.

The camp meeting, which began on December 26, will run through December 30, 2024, as part of the ministry’s efforts to inspire young Nigerians to positively impact their communities while staying grounded in their spiritual beliefs.
