    GT da Guitarman welcomes third child

    Nigerian singer and guitarist Olugbemiro Tokunbo aka GT Da Guitarman, has welcomed his third child.

    The singer cum instrumentalist welcomed his third child with his new wife, Adedolapo Abiodun.

    GT da Guitarman, previously had two children – Aramide, 9, and Ayomide, 7 – with his ex-wife, Annie.

    The singer and his wife took to social media to celebrate the arrival of their first child together.

    The beautiful baby girl arrived at exactly 2:16 PM on Friday, June 21, 2025, at Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester, Massachusetts.

    In his words, “My heartbeat, Adedolapo, and I welcomed our precious baby girl into the world. Both mother and daughter are doing beautifully, and my heart is full. Thank you all for being part of our journey. Your love, prayers, and support mean the world to me. God bless you always.”

    Gifted singer GT Da Guitarman has announced the upcoming release of his latest body of work, entitled ‘Elody.’

    The new body of work is scheduled for release on March 8, 2024 and features tracks such as ‘Flaws’, ‘Special’, ‘Congratulations’, and more.

    Reflecting on the inspiration behind ‘Elody,’ GT Da Guitarman said, “I’ve recently released an EP titled ‘Elody,’ marking my return to the music scene after a decade. Consisting of five tracks, it symbolises my enduring presence and commitment to my craft. This release signifies my vow to never cease creating music, reaffirming my dedication even in 2024.”

    Collaborating with producers such as Gospel on the Beats, Team Skrippo, and Music Camp, GT Da Guitarman delved deep into his musical exploration, resulting in a profound journey of self-discovery.

    GT Da Guitarman further reveals the inspiration behind the EP’s tracks, saying, “Each song weaves a narrative of personal introspection and observation, capturing moments of joy, heartache, and triumph. ‘Congratulations,’ also known as ‘Ariwo,’ holds personal significance, serving as a wake-up call to pursue my passion for singing. ‘Flaws’ reflects on the essence of love, embracing imperfections and striving for improvement. ‘No Evidence,’ born from a collaborative session at Skrippo camp, stands out as an Amapiano joint challenging investigations into one’s character.”

    Expressing his expectations for the EP, GT shares, “My expectations of the new EP mainly aim to showcase that GT is forever young, and I can reinvent myself.
