    No one can stop me anymore, says Humblesmith

    Nigerian Afro-Bongo sensation and songwriter Humblesmith has said that no one can stop him anymore.

    In an interview, Humblesmith opened up about the challenges he faced in the music industry, admitting that there were times when he almost disappeared from the scene entirely.

    “There were moments when I felt like I was being silenced,” he confessed. “It wasn’t just about the lack of music or releases—it was deeper. There were people and forces that wanted to see me give up. They tried to push me out, but I stayed grounded because I knew my purpose.”

    The singer went on to reflect on how those difficult times only made him stronger, building the resilience that has carried him to this triumphant return.

    “I had to go through that period to understand the power within me,” Humblesmith explained. “Now, I’m not afraid of any obstacles. I’ve seen what the lowest point looks like, and I’ve come out stronger. I’m ready to crush anything or anyone that tries to stop me again.”

    Humblesmith, who recently wrapped up a tour of some African countries while putting finishing touches on his upcoming album, has released a new single, ‘Sochi’.

    The new track, dubbed ‘the song of the year,’ is poised to introduce his forthcoming body of work.

    Known for hits like ‘Osinachi,’ Humblesmith has been a dominant force in the Nigerian music scene for nearly a decade and is geared up for what he believes will be another defining moment in his career.

     “It took me some time to decide which track to drop from my upcoming project,” he shared during a recent interview.

    “But my spirit is connected with ‘Sochi’. I trust my fans and music lovers will ride this wave with me.”

    Speaking about the meaning behind the track, Humblesmith explained that ‘Sochi’ is deeply personal, highlighting his reliance on God as the source of his strength and resilience.

    “This song is a reflection of my journey, and how I’ve overcome the obstacles in my path. Some forces tried to silence me, tried to push me out of the industry, but here I am, stronger than ever. The movement has started, and nothing can stop me now.

    “This song is more than just a vibe for me. It’s my statement to the world that I am back, and I’m not going anywhere. No more distractions, no more setbacks.

  • Humblesmith plans big for Osinachi concert

    WITH backings from Lagos State, Tummy Tummy, PGK and Federal Inland Revenue Services, Humblesmith’s Osinachi concert may be the next big show in town.

    To make it big, the Highlife Pop crooner is expected to be joined by other top artistes, many of whom featured in his recently released ‘Osinachi’ album. The artistes include Tiwa Savage, Davido, Olamide, Rudeboy, Patoranking and many more.

    Raised in Abakaliki but found musical fame in Lagos, Humblesmith who is also called the Golden Prince of Africa has boasted that the show, scheduled for Eko Hotels and Suites on Sunday August 12, 2018, will defy traditions and set new records in the music industry.

    Many have postulated that the musician is an underdog but the musician and management believes that the Osinachi Concert is a perfect opportunity to reveal to the world what he can do and how much influence he can command.

    With the highest ticket selling for N3million, many cannot wait to confirm how much influence the singer can command.Humblesmith, however noted that his goal is not just the numbers but the never-seen-before quality entertainment he wants everyone who attends the show to get.

    “I have already seen the Osinachi concert. It has happened already in my mind and with what I saw; it’s the best musical concert ever not just in terms of numbers but in relation to the quality of performance, creativity and delivery,” he said.

    According to the artiste, “We have been having back to back rehearsals all for the success of this show and if those rehearsals are anything to go by, I can authoritatively inform you that the Osinachi concert will defy traditions and set new records. I urge everyone to come out on Sunday and let’s all have fun at the biggest concert of the year.”

    After releasing one of the biggest tracks in recent time, ‘Osinachi’ crooner, Humblesmith, is set to hold his very own live concert at the Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos, on Sunday, August 12, 2018.

    The concert will feature live performances from the highlife crooner who recently released his 22 track album named after his monster hit single, ‘Osinachi.’ Other top artistes in the Nigerian music industry would also perform. Speaking on the concert, Humblesmith said Nigerians should expect to see a different side of him on stage as it will be unforgettable.

    Humblesmith who is signed to Bob Kelly Ovie Williams-led N-Tyze Entertainment will be joining the league of top Nigerian artistes like 2Baba, Davido, Wizkid, Falz and others who have hosted their own live shows at the prestigious event centre. The show  has received sponsorship from the Lagos State government, Tummy Tummy Instant Noodles and PGK .

  • Humblesmith pools stars in debut album

    Highlife music crooner, Humblesmith has released his debut album; a body of works which bear the title of his 2016 monster hit, Osinachi.

    Released on Friday, June 22, 2018, the new album is a 22-tracker with star studded appearances by Africa’s music greats such as Tiwa Savage, Davido, Rudeboy, Patoranking Phyno, Umar Shareef, Nura m Inuwa, Harrysong, Olamide and Flavour.

    Known for the monica, Golden Prince of Africa, probably a reflection of the colour of his skin, Humblesmith who hails from Abakaliki has since become a force in the music industry. The singer was discovered and promoted by Bob Ovie Kelly led N-tyze Entertainment.

    The album carries some of his already popular songs like Osinachi Reloaded, Attracta featuring Tiwa Savage, Jukwese featuring Flavour Nabania,  Abakaliki 2 Lasgidi featuring Olamide and more.

    In 2017, he was nominated as Next Rated Artiste at the Headies Award and he has since grown to carve a niche for himself in the industry.

    One of the top artistes on the album, Tiwa Savage, gave kudos to the body of work on Instagram.

    While also reacting to the release of the album, Humblesmith said: “Since my single, Osinachi became a national anthem; many people had been asking me for an album. I kept promising them that it will soon be ready. From then till now, much water has passed under the bridge but the most important thing is that myself and my label have finally delivered on that promise. We delivered the Osinachi album. I am extremely grateful to Nigerians and my fans all over the world who have been extremely patient with me. I am certain that the album was worth the wait.”

    In an effort to remember the good deeds and the life well spent by the popular late Nigerian actor, Sam Loco Efe, Glitz Entertainment and Promotion have signed the comedian, Aston Mimicko and host the Creme de la Creme of the Nigeria entertainment Industry to  perform at the maiden edition of “The Diary of Mimicko”

    The show that was held at Glitz Event Center started in the evening with red carpet and had Sound Sultan, TY Mix, Humblesmith in performance.

    Just after releasing his new smash hit single, ‘Attracta’, Highlife singer, Humblesmith has embarked on a world tour that has made over nine countries groove to this new sound. The European tour has seen the talented singer perform on major and multiple stages in Hungary, Austria, Vienna, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Modena, Padova, Verona and Malta.
    Pundits say this is indeed a defining year for the singer who, has released several hits and made remixes of his hit singles to the delight of fans.
    Nigerian communities in Europe, as well as Europeans are said to have grooved to the new sound, ‘Attracta’ as well as his old hit, ‘Osinachi’.
    The singer, alongside his live band had performed in Istanbul, the capital of Turkey on March 25, 2017. After that, he flew with his record label boss to Lagos to honour Governor Akinwunmi Ambode’s invitation. The man, who is also called the Golden Prince of Africa, took a short four days break from his tour to honour the Governor’s invitation to perform on the 27th of March at the LAGOS NEIGHBOURHOOD SAFETY CORPS (L.N.S.C) official launch at the Agege stadium in Lagos state. The performance was electrifying as the artiste was seen moving from one end of the stadium to the other while ending his performance on stage with the Governor himself.
    Getting back to the United Kingdom after the four days break, he performed in London and Leicester City. He also performed in Manchester on April 7, Sheffield on April 8, and will be in Swansea on April 14 and Scotland on April 15.
    Reacting to the kind of emotions that Humblesmith’s ‘Attracta’ and ‘Osinachi’ is getting in European countries, his record label boss, Bob Kelly Ovie Williams of Ntyze Entertainment said; “This is unexpected and unprecedented for a young artiste like Humblesmith who isn’t even as big as the Davidos of this world yet. If I can borrow the words of Olamide, every performance was a hit back-to-back and this is why we seem to be having people from other neighbouring countries and cities booking him for another show. It is the grace of God and we can only be grateful to God,” he said.

    After dominating the Nigerian highlife scene in 2016, Humblesmith is off on tour to Europe and America, beginning this month.

    Already booked for the next five months indifferent cities, the highlife musician is ready to give his fans across the world a performance of their life.

    The European tour which started on February 9 and is expected to end on March 17, will see Humblesmith perform in Malta, Amsterdam, Vienna (Austria), Napoli (Italy), Switzerland, Verona (Italy), Istanbul (Turkey). Other cities on the artiste’s itinerary yet to be fully confirmed are Rogio Emila (Italy), Stuttgart (Germany), Hungary, Sweden, Cyprus and Finland.

    And between March 18 and April 20, Humblesmith will tour London, Liverpool, Aberdeen, Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham, and Leeds. He will also be in the United States of America from May 1 to May 31, where he will be performing to his fans.

    Humblesmith who is signed to N-Tyze Entertainment has dropped three songs and one video this year already, Beautiful Lagos, Boogati Featuring Timaya and Attracta. He also teamed up with ace photographer TY Bello, to create a ‘Coming-to-America’ themed photoshoot which has since gone viral on the internet.

    There is no slowing down for highlife sensation, Humblesmith, in the new year as he features Timaya in a new single titled ‘Boogati.’

    This is coming just days after releasing the new Lagos anthem, ‘Beautiful Lagos’ which caught the attention and admiration of the Lagos State Governor, Mr Akinwunmi Ambode.

    Recall that the artiste presented the song to the governor personally.

    The ‘Osinachi’ crooner, who is signed to N-TYZE Entertainment, has featured top acts such as Davido, Phyno, Flavour and Harrysong in his past songs.

    Humblesmith, also known as the Golden Prince of Africa, recently had a photoshoot with the legendary photographer, TY Bello, which set some of his fans arguing if it was just a photoshoot.
