Olubadan, Oba Owolabi Olakulehin, who chairs Ibadan Cultural Festival, organised by Central Council of Ibadan Indigenes (CCII), has praised Aare-Onibon Balogun of Ibadan, Adegboyega Adegoke for his support to growth of Ibadanland.
Adegoke, president of Jericho Businessmen Club (JBC), got the praise at the grand finale of Ibadan Day at former Liberty Stadium, now Obafemi Awolowo Stadium, Ibadan.
Speaking during conferment of “Most Distinguished Ibadan Indigene (MDII) Award on Adegoke, the Olubadan, represented by Oloye Muibi Odunade, said Adegoke’s support and contribution are well recognised.

Chairman of the Planning Committee ofthe festival, Gaphar Ojetola, said Adegoke as member of Ibadan Southeast Traditional Council spearheaded renovation of the old Olubadan Palace.
Olooye Adegoke said he would bring more development to Ibadanland, thanked the Olubadan and CCII for the award.
