Politician in Ekiti, Chief Idowu Akinyele, Ologbo of Obalu Quarters in Efon, is dead.
The Peoples Democratic Party chieftain died at the weekend after illness. He was 90.
Akinyele was a chieftain of defunct Social Democratic Party in Ondo in Third Republic.

He chaired Efon council on the platform of PDP.
A statement by his family said he was survived by wives, children and grandchildren.
