    Wizkid’s manager and mother of his child, Jada Pollock, has shared a deeply personal story about her ongoing pregnancy, expressing heartfelt gratitude for overcoming a major health scare.

    Jada revealed that at three months pregnant, she underwent an emergency appendectomy, a situation that posed significant risks to both her and her baby.

    Reflecting on the experience, she expressed her thankfulness, emphasizing the importance of appreciating life.

    “At the beginning of the year, I faced the biggest fright of my life. Three months into my pregnancy, I was rushed to the hospital to have my appendix removed. Against all odds, both my baby and I made it through safely. Life is too short to be anything but grateful,” she wrote on X.

    Jada Pollock, talent manager and mother of Wizkid’s children, has opened up about the limitations of being labelled a “baby mama.” 

    In a recent interview with BET UK, Jada expressed frustration at being reduced to her relationship with the award-winning singer, rather than being recognised for her professional accomplishments. 

    Jada recalled a specific instance in which she wrote a statement celebrating the progress of Afrobeat following Wizkid’s Grammy win.

    However, blogs captioned her statement with “Wizkid’s baby mama,” undermining her entrepreneurial spirit and hard work. 

    “When Wizkid won a Grammy, I wrote a statement about how far Afrobeat has come. They published the statement, and the caption was “Wizkid baby mama.” The narrative does not recognise that you’re an entrepreneur and a hardworking businesswoman. I’m not only a mother but also a manager, and I’ve helped build a legacy,” she said. 

    She hopes to shift the narrative and be acknowledged for her professional contributions, rather than just her relationship.

    Expecting her third child, Jada confessed to be blessed to have a loving partner in Wizkid, praising him as an exceptional father.

    Jada expressed gratitude for balancing motherhood and her thriving career, crediting Wizkid for supporting her dreams.

    She wrote on Instagram: “Happy Birthday to me! Wow, where do I even start? First and foremost, I want to give thanks to God for guiding me this far in life and providing everything I could have ever desired and dreamt of. I’m truly living my dreams out, and I couldn’t be more thankful and grateful.

    “As I carry my third child, I sometimes have to pinch myself to fully grasp my reality. I used to dream of having a big family! It’s all I ever wanted! I feel so incredibly blessed to be a mother to these beautiful children, to have such a loving, caring, and supportive partner. Who makes me feel safe and is one of the best dad’s i could have wished for. He has not only blessed me with our beautiful babies but has also given me the opportunity to pursue my dreams.

    “I’ve been able to embrace motherhood while embarking on one of the most incredible careers of a lifetime. As I sit and reflect on my life, I feel overwhelmed with gratitude. I am so lucky! I have an incredible village!!!! A set of some of the most beautiful women in my life who have always loved and supported me! Friendships are your lifeline and wow God has truly provided me with some really amazing individuals, my parents that are my backbone!     Wizkid’s partner, Jada Pollock has begun this year with the acquesition of new tattoo.

     The 40-year-old American got the new tattoo on her wrist on January 2 in the United Kingdom.

     The talent manager and entrepreneur announced getting a new tattoo to her 539,000 followers on her official Instagram handle.

     Pollock and Wizkid are yet to be officially married but live together as live-in-lovers and have two children together. The pair live in the United Kingdom and have been together for seven years.

    As a music executive, Pollock worked as a music manager for Wizkid, assisting him in establishing relationships with prominent artists and celebrities across the world.
