  • ‘Jonathan has no reason to quit PDP’

Former President Goodluck Jonathan has no reason to quit the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), his Media Adviser, Ikechukwu Eze said yesterday.

Eze spoke while denying reports suggesting that Jonathan had resigned from the PDP and retired from active politics.

He said the report, which went viral on social media, was first published by an unknown website, saying it was borne out of mischief.

He said: “Our attention has been drawn to a fake story published by an unknown website, alleging that former President  Goodluck Jonathan has quit the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

“Obviously,  this is a fabrication  borne out of mischief as the publishers of the fake story claimed that the former President  made the statement while being  interviewed by Nigeria News Agency, (NNA).

“There is absolutely  no way the former President could have spoken to a non-existent news agency, as none in the country goes by that name.

“For the avoidance of doubt,  Dr. Jonathan has no reason at this time to resign his membership of PDP,  the party on which platform he became Deputy Governor,  Governor,  Vice President and President.

“Those who derive pleasure in spreading fake information had better occupy themselves with more productive endeavours that are obviously more  relevant to nation building”.

  • Jonathan gave me N400m, Metuh insists

•Alleged N3.97b fraud: Badeh’s firm to open defence

FORMER People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Publicity Secretary Olisa Metuh told a Federal High Court in Abuja yesterday that former President Goodluck Jonathan gave the N400 million in respect of which he is now being prosecuted.

Metuh, who is testifying as a defence witness in his trial, argued that, as against the prosecution’s claim, he believed the money came from Jonathan for the publicity activities he carried out for the Federal Government just before the last general election.

The former PDP spokesman and a company linked to him – Destra Investment Limited – are being prosecuted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission on a seven-count charge of money laundering.

They are accused of fraudulently receiving the N400m “when they reasonably ought to know” that the money was part of the proceeds of alleged criminal act of the then National Security Adviser (NSA), Sambo Dasuki.

Metuh is equally charged with engaging in cash transaction to the volume of $2 million without going through a financial institution, an act the prosecution claimed violated  the Money Laundering (Prohibition) Act.

Yesterday, Metuh, who was led in evidence by his lawyer, Emeka Etiaba (SAN), gave a rundown on his activities prior to the 2015 general elections.

Metuh said he engaged a media consultant, Yomi Badejo, with who he made a presentation at the Presidential Villa, before then President Jonathan and some others,  on a media project intended at boosting the image of the government in relation to the fight against insurgency.

The ex-PDP spokesman, who claimed Jonathan was impressed with his proposal, said the former President called him on phone and requested for what the cost of the project was, which he provided.

He said Jonathan later called him to inform him that his account had been credited with N400 million.

When asked by Etiaba if he bothered to investigate the source of the money, Metuh, said: “How can I make an inquiry into the source of the money when I already knew the source of the money?

“I know the money came from the President as the leader of the party and on assurance that funds were raised personally by him at that time.

“It is normal for the leader of the party or a candidate in an election to send money directly as contributions were mostly made directly to him by friends.

“The leader of the party informed me that he had made a payment of N400 million into my account,” Metuh said.

On whether he got an alert or statement of account disclosing the source of the money, Metuh said he only saw the statement of his account after the N400 million transaction, on January 5, 2016, while he was in the detention of the EFCC.

Metuh added that before the payment of the money in his account,  he had not received any alert about the transaction from his bank, but that when Jonathan called him about the payment, he immediately called his account officer for confirmation of the payment.

The trial judge, Justice Okon Abang, adjourned till March 4 for continuation of Metuh’s testimony, but said trial would not be day-to-day from then on.

Before adjourning, the judge directed the lead prosecution lawyer, Sylvanus Tahir, to report back to the court on March 4 the status of the appeals filed against his earlier ruling by three employees of Channels Television.

Justice Abang had, late last year, gave a ruling, directing the Attorney-General of the Federation (AGF) to arraign the journalists for allegedly making contemptuous comments about the Metuh trial on the television’s Sunrise Daily programme.

The judge equally directed the EFCC to  report, to the Disciplinary Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), a lawyer in Metuh’s legal team, Ben Nwosu for allegedly conducting himself in an unethical manner while he featured in the programme on Channel’s TV.

Also yesterday, Justice Abang fixed March 4 for a company charged with the ex-Chief of Defence Staff, Alex Badeh – Iyalikam Nigeria Limited – to open its defence.

Badeh and Iyalikam were being tried on a 10-count charge of money laundering, in which they were accused of fraudulent removal of about N3.97 billion from the Nigerian Air Force’s account, before he (Badeh) died on December 18, 2018.

The prosecution had closed its case, with Bedeh scheduled to open his defence on  January 16, this year, only for him to be murdered before the set date.

When parties got to court on January 16, Badeh’s lawyer Akin Olujinmi (SAN) informed the court about his client’s death and sought an adjournment to a date after his burial.

Olujinmi added that the adjournment would afford parties the opportunity to work out an agreement on how to proceed with the case in the absence of the first defendant (Badeh).

When the case came up yesterday, Olujinmi sought a meeting between parties in the case in the judge’s  chambers, a request Justice Abang granted and stood down proceedings for a while.

At the resumption of proceedings about 30 minutes later, lawyer to Iyalikam, Samuel Zibiri (SAN), said in view of the demise of the first defendant, the second defendant should be allowed to open its defence.

Zibiri said: “The case is for defence. As the first defendant is now in the extinct, it falls on the second defendant to open its defence.”

He later sought an adjournment to allow the second defendant open its defence, a request the judge granted and adjourned to March 4.

  • Jonathan preaches peace

Former President Goodluck Jonathan and Gen. Abdusalam Abubakar (rtd) have called on all political actors in the country to ensue peace as the country goes to the polls.

The duo spoke on the need for political actors to douse the tension which has always been part of the country’s electoral process.

The two former leaders spoke at a one day conference on peaceful elections and national development organised by the Goodluck Jonathan Foundation (GJF), with the theme “Peaceful Elections and National Development”.

They also pointed out that peace is essential for the Nigeria’s survival and development.

In his opening remark, former President Jonathan pointed out the strong connection between the struggle for power and national development.

He noted that despite the improvement recorded in the country’s electoral process, election related violence continued to occur. This,  he said, has hindered peaceful co-existence, economic growth and sustainable development.

Jonathan, therefore, called on political actors to change their approach and disposition towards stewardship; stressing that as a nation, emphasis should be on the development of the people.

He explained that the 10 most developed nations on earth are those

countries that experience the least conflicts while the 10 least developed countries, many of them here in Africa, are the once wallowing in the worst form of conflicts.

He said: “No doubt, there is a strong nexus between the struggle for power and national development. There is a vicious cycle in Africa where the struggle for political power leads to conflicts that bring up poor governance and creates hardship which fuels the struggle for change of leadership; thus, creating further conflicts and poor leadership.

“ It is my considered view that as African leaders, we must change our approach and disposition towards stewardship. We must get to the stage where we should be more interested in developing our people, rather than ruling or just governing them.

A development-minded leader is visionary and selfless. He does not seek power at all cost and will not wield it for its own sake.

“The ten most developed nations on this earth are those countries that experience the least conflicts while the ten least developed countries, many of them here in Africa, are the once wallowing in the worst form of conflicts. The lesson in this existential reality is that any leader who is committed to the development of his country will do everything to save it from turmoil and conflicts.

“There is no gainsaying that when politicians resort to desperate measures in the bid to occupy important political positions, they run the risk of plunging their countries into serious crises that often lead to loss of lives, degradation of values as well as destruction of private and public assets.

”This breed of politicians often ignore the fact that to be patriotic is to love your country and be prepared to live and die for her honour, reputation, freedom, progress and the ascendancy of the common good. You can restore destroyed infrastructure almost to its former state or even better, but you cannot easily repair people’s psyche, reconcile aggrieved persons and restore hope in a nation, once they are damaged in destructive leadership struggles.

“In Nigeria we know that the injuries of the civil war which ended since 1970 are still in our memories.

“We know that good governance is the fertile ground upon which peace and sustainable economic growth are planted. In this regard, it is important to point out that in a democracy, periodic, credible and peaceful elections i s the necessary gateway to improved governance and people-oriented development.

“Although it is reassuring to note that democracy is being consolidated on the continent, with elections now conducted routinely by many African nations, it is however difficult to express such optimism on the peaceful nature of the electoral processes.

“It is on record that despite the marked improvement on the regularity and number of democratic nations, election-related violence has continued to be experienced in many African nations, often to the detriment of peaceful co-existence, economic growth and sustainable development.

“This year, hundreds of millions of Africans will go to the polls in at least 20 nations, from the south to the north of the continent, including Nigeria, Senegal and South Africa where general elections are holding.””As the ongoing democratic process unfolds, with the rest of the world watching with keen interest, we are also mindful of the worries of Nigerians on whether it would end peacefully,” he added.

Gen. Abubakar, the chairman of the occasion, noted the place of violence in the country’s political space, saying that Nigeria is not strange to electoral violence, as the country has had its share of electoral violence in the past.

This he attributed to the keen competitions among the various contenders.

He said: “The period of elections in this country is often tension soaked because of the competition involved. Nigeria is not strange to electoral violence.

“Africa indeed is a hot bed of election controversies. In African countries, like Kenya, Cote d’ Ivoire and the Gambia, we have seen the serious implications of electoral tension to national security and development.

“Nigeria is not a stranger to electoral violence. This country has historically had its fair share of election  violence. Some of the violence even dates back to pre-independence era and Nigerians have witnessed the destruction that took place and retarded development.”

He went on: “All Nigerians and indeed the whole world are praying that the election will be peaceful. As we all know, peace is absolutely necessary for the survival a nation because without peace there will be no nation, without a nation there wouldn’t be any election.”

Gen. Abubakar praised Dr. Jonathan for his handling of the 2015 general elections, especially with the prediction of that the country will be balkanized.

He noted that Jonathan saved the country  from a political crisis by keeping to his word that his ambition is not worth the blood of any Nigerian.

“Allow me to on behalf of all Nigerians, once more, thank former President Goodluck Jonathan for saving the country from falling into political crisis and in further strengthening the growth of democracy not only in Nigeria but in Africa and indeed the world,” he said.

“The general elections where the doomsayers were predicting the balkanisation of Nigeria, but thank God through the action of Nigerians and the then President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, they were proved wrong because this gentleman kept his word that his presidency is not worth the blood of any Nigerian and he graciously conceded defeat at that election,” he added.

Bishop Mathew Kukah pointed out that the problem with Nigerians is that they assume a lot about their leaders.

Voters, he added, must not leave our fate in the hands of politicians, adding that leaders should be interrogated.

The outspoken Bishop also advocated inter-tribal marriage as a way of uniting the people.

According to him, only common solidarity can save the country from electoral violence.

  • Kinsmen accuse Jonathan, wife of anti-party activities

Kinsmen of former President Goodluck Jonathan on Tuesday insisted he and his wife, Patience, were working against candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the forthcoming elections in Bayelsa State.

The kinsmen under the auspices of the Ogbia Renaissance (OR) said the recent report in The Nation was a vindication of their position the former president was in a surreptitious plot to subvert his political party for selfish considerations.

The Chairman, OR, Obhioru Mitanoni, said Jonathan, his wife, A.J Turner and other PDP chieftains were committing brazen anti- party activities ahead of the forthcoming legislative elections in the state.

Mitanoni said the action of the former President was what pitched him against Governor, Seriake Dickson and top leaders of the PDP in the state.

He explained Jonathan was backing a former Chief of Staff, Samuel Ogboku of the APC for House of Representatives and Senator Nimi Amange who defected to the ADC to contest the Bayelsa East senatorial election.

He said the former President opted to support candidates of other parties because his candidates in the PDP failed to win the last party’s primaries.

Mitanoni said it was sad the former President took the display of political pettiness to a disgusting low unbefitting of his status as a former President of the country and national leader of the PDP.

He said Jonathan was acting against his status by venturing into the fray of deciding who became the councilor, local government chairman, house of Assembly member, in his native Ogbia in a shocking departure from the standard norm.

Mitanoni said rather than playing the role of a statesman at the national and international level like Obasanjo and Abdusalami, Jonathan would rather opt to demonstrate his lack of capacity for inclusive leadership which had tied his followers across Nigeria, the Niger Delta and Ogbia to regrets and lamentations.

He called on the Chairman of the PDP, Prince Uche Secondus, to take urgent steps to avert an impending disaster threatening the electoral fortunes of the PDP in the next election.

According to him, Jonathan was backing Cleric Awudum, (Accord Party) against the PDP candidate, Munaleyefa Gibson, in Ogbia Constituency 2; Gabriel Ogbara of ADC against the PDP candidate Naomi Ogoli for Constituency 3 and the House of Representatives in Ogbia, Samuel Ogbuku (APC) a former Chief of Staff to former Governor Timipre Sylva, against Fred Obua thé PDP candidate.

He said it was even shocking that one of the PDP candidates being frustrated and rejected by Jonathan for another party’s candidate is a younger brother to his late Chief Security Officer (CSO), Gordon Obua.

He alleged further with the withdrawal of Senator Ben Bruce of the Bayelsa East Senatorial Zone (Jonathan’s Senatorial District) in honour of a subsisting zoning arrangement, Jonathan and King AJ Turner were surreptitiously supporting Nimi Amange Barigha of ADC against the PDP Candidate, Chief Blessing Ipigansi Izagara.

According to him, the only offence of Izagara, a long- time friend of Jonathan and Turner, was his perceived loyalty and closeness to Governor Dickson.

He said that the former President opted to pitch their tent with Barigha who defected to the ADC when their preferred candidate, a female associate of AJ Turner lost the senatorial ticket to Izagara.

He said: “Jonathan, his wife Patience and A.J Turner’s brand of petty, self-centered brand of politics in Ogbia is a mockery and cruel slap on the enviable track record of late Senator Melford Okilo and other notable founding fathers and leaders in Ogbia land who fought hard to raise the profile of the Ogbia Kingdom.

“Their selfish brand of politics has left Ogbia completely desolate, abandoned and rudderless. Ogbia that was once the pride and envy of the old Rivers State and Niger Delta is now a land begging for attention with the bulk of her people feeding from the crumbs that has fallen off the dining table of some self-glorifying leaders with no sense of mission.”

Mitanoni said that Jonathan and his cohorts were deliberately undermining the governor because of a non-existent struggle to raise a successor for him in 2020.

But the media aide to the ex-President, Ikechukwu Eze, said it was untrue his boss was engaged in anti-party activities.

He said: “It is manifestly dishonest, deceitful and preposterous for anybody to suggest that former President Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan is working against the interest of the party under which he rose to occupy the highest office in the land.

“As one of the leaders of the party, having served as President under the Peoples Democratic Party, it is obvious that Dr. Jonathan has continued and will continue to work for the success of PDP across the nation.

“He is also a father figure and a statesman whose door is open to all Nigerians desirous of visiting or consulting him on sundry matters, including politics.

” Even then he has always given his support and blessing to his party’s candidates in all elections.

“Those who also push the narrative of a war between him and Bayelsa State Governor, Seriake Dickson are either adept at conjuring up a rift where there is none or are lovers of mischief who do not have the interest of Bayelsa State at heart.”

  • Jonathan confident of better future

FORMER President Goodluck Jonathan has urged Nigerians to be confident and steadfast in the hope for a better future for the country.

Jonathan, who stated this in his New Year message to the citizens, affirmed that 2019 offers Nigerians a new opportunity to aspire for the realisation of the dream of a prosperous nation.

The text of the message shared on both his Twitter and Facebook accounts reads: “I do not intend to give a long message this New Year. All I just want to say is that there is hope and a future for Nigeria.

“We do not just have a New Year, we have a new opportunity. A new opportunity to be better leaders and better followers. To be better citizens, who join hands with our fellow Nigerians, irrespective of region and religion, to bring Nigeria ever closer to the dreams of our founding fathers.

“The year 2019 brings with it its own challenges, but if one sentence should summarise our collective national attitude to those challenges, that sentence is this-Nigeria will survive and thrive, by God’s grace and our collective fidelity to the Nigerian Dream.

“On behalf of my family and the Goodluck Jonathan Foundation, I wish you and your family a happy new year. 2019 is the year of better things for Nigeria.”

  • $5m bribe claim: Hamzat lied against me, says Jonathan

Former President Goodluck Jonathan has denied offering Lagos State governorship running mate Obafemi Hamzat $5 million bribe in the run-up to the general elections in 2015.

Dr. Jonathan’s denial was contained in a statement in Abuja yesterday by his spokesman Ikechukwu Eze.

According to him, he and Hamzat, who slugged it out for the All Progressives Congress (APC) ticket with Governor Akinwunmi Ambode at the primary, before, during and after the 2015 elections.

Hamzat was quoted as saying at the launch of the Sanwo-Olu – Amzat Advocates in Lagos that he rejected Jonathan’s $5 million offer in 2015, explaining that he took the decision for posterity.

But Jonathan said through his aide that no such thing transpired between him and and former Lagos State Commissioner for Works & Infrstructure.

The statement reads: “Our attention has been drawn to a claim by the running mate to the APC governorship candidate, Mr.  Obafemi Hamzat, that he rejected a $5 million bribe from former President Goodluck Jonathan during the 2015 elections.

“There is no better way to respond to this frivolous claim than to quickly dismiss it as a blatant lie apparently concocted by a wannabe politician desperate for votes in a campaign season.

“In the first place, this character is an obscure individual who in 2015 had neither a recognisable name nor political clout.

“The point has to be clearly made that former President Jonathan has never met this man who was obviously not relevant in the national politics of 2015, let alone seek to offer him bribe.

“If the former President did not offer anyone bribe, having clearly acquitted himself as a man who does not believe in desperate politics, how on earth could he have sought to compromise an individual he didn’t even know and who obviously had no means of helping him politically?

“Assuming anybody had $5 million dollars to spend to better his political fortune as Mr. Hamzat claimed, why seek to waste it on man who was just a commissioner prior to 2015…?”

  • Buhari, Jonathan, others pay tribute to Shagari in Sokoto

PRESIDENT Muhammadu Buhari and his predecessor Dr. Goodluck Jonathan were among the army of dignitaries who were in Sokoto yesterday to commiserate with the family of former Second Republic President Shehu Shagari.

Alhaji Shagari, who passed away on Friday at the National Hospital in Abuja, will be immortalised in due course, President Buhari said.

Dr. Jonathan was accompanied by Sokoto State Governor Aminu Tambuwal, the presidential running mate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Mr. Peter Obi and other PDP chieftains.

The planned immortalisation of the late president was conveyed in a letter routed through Sokoto State Governor Aminu Waziri Tambuwal to the family.

The letter, read by the governor during the visit, stated: “I received the very sad news of the passing away of Alhaji Shehu Usman Aliyu Shagari, former President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

“This, indeed, is a grievous loss, which will be felt throughout Nigeria, irrespective of any difference. The late Alhaji Shagari was a landmark figure being virtually our last link to the post-independence government of Alhaji Abubakar Tafawa Balewa, and the first elected Executive President of Nigeria.

“Please convey to his immediate family, the government and the people of Sokoto State my heartfelt condolences on the passing away of this great statesman.

“The Federal Government will in due course institute a suitable memorial to the late former President.

“May his soul rest in peace.”

President Buhari was received in Sokoto at the airport by Tambuwal and his Kebbi State counterpart Abubakar Bagudu as well as Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko and other APC leaders in the state.

He was at the Sama Road Sokoto residence of the deceased to commiserate with family members, led by the late Shagari’s eldest and district head of Shagari, Alhaji Bala Shagari, former Governor Attahiru Bafarawa, former Transport Minister Yusuf Sulaiman and traditional rulers among others.

However, the President was ushered into the sitting room of the late President where he condoled with the family members, including the deceased widows.

Buhari described the late President as a “Landmark figure”, being virtually our last link with the first independent government and the first executive elected President of Nigeria.

“Please convey to his immediate family, the people and the government of Sokoto State our heartfelt condolences on the passing away of this great nationalist.

“The Federal Government will in due course institute a suitable memorial to the late former President. Please accept our conferences.”

Responding, eldest son of the late former President, Bala Shagari, thanked President Buhari for the visit despite his tight schedule.

Tambuwal commended the President for the condolence visit. In the same vein, special prayer was offered for the repose of the soul of the late President by Prof Shehu Galadanci.

Galadanci also prayed Allah to grant President Buhari more wisdom and strength in order to continue with the good work he has started.

Jonathan said the late Alhaji Shagari played a key role in the development of Nigeria and the democratic system.

He said: “A unique habit of the late former President, which only those who interacted with him will tell is, he was a very simple and humble man in spite of the various positions he held.

“He possessed a very clean and good heart which he showed clearly in his life time thorough various engagements and activities.

“We are mourning today however, we are still happy because it is not easy to reach the age of 93.

“I believe he has done all the works Allah has asked him to do on earth.”

The former president urged family members of the deceased to be happy because their father impacted on all Nigerians.

Obi, who represented the PDP presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, urged Nigerians to emulate the lifestyle of the late former president for the betterment of the country.

The late Shagari’s eldest son thanked Dr. Jonathan for the visit, recalling the concern and solidarity shown by the former president when their father was ill.

The governorship candidate of the National Rescue Movement (NRM) in Zamfara State, Sen. Sa’idu Dansadau, also described Shagari’s death as a great loss to the country, Africa and the whole world at large.

Visitors who thronged the residence of the former President included a former Nigerian High Commissioner to the United Kingdom (UK), Dr. Dalhatu Sarki Tafida, among others.

  • $5m bribe claim: Hamzat lied against me, says Jonathan

Former President Goodluck Jonathan has denied the allegation that he offered Mr.  Obafemi Hamzat $5 million bribe during the 2015 general elections.

He denied the allegation in a statement issued on Sunday by his spokesman, Ikechukwu Eze.

According to him, he has never met Hamzat in the period to or during the 2015 elections.

The statement reads  “Our attention has been drawn to a claim by the  running mate to the All Progressives Congress, APC, governorship candidate in Lagos State, Mr.  Obafemi Hamzat, that he rejected a $5million bribe from former President Goodluck Jonathan during the 2015 elections.

He added “His is obviously the antics of a desperate and dishonest politician seeking to apply subterfuge and outright lies,  believing that such could boost his lowly image,  win him public sympathy and possibly, votes.

“It is the action of people like Hamzat that conjures up in the minds of Nigerians the Biblical  ‘Mark of the Beast’ to the effect that to be accepted in his party, one must be adept at telling lies.”

Stressing that if this is how Mr. Hamzat wished to anchor his own political doctrine on lies and name dropping, he said that he should be reminded that those who follow the route do not go far either in politics or personal growth.

“This definitely should not be  the character and colour of a person who wants to become a governor or deputy governor of a state,  lest we lose all hope in the expectation that we have all it takes to rescue our country from the bleak future that stares it in the face.

“What we know about liars is that they always leave a loose end which readily exposes them for who they are.  Otherwise, Mr. Hamzat should have been bold enough to tell Nigerians where the money was presented to him and in whose presence the offer was made.

“We have always made the point that there should be a limit to these lies,  if we must make progress as a democratic nation. Nigerians are not fools. It is high time those in positions of responsibility stopped running this country on lies,” he said.

Mustapha, in his message, said: “Consistency. This is the hallmark of a great leader. You say what you ‘ll do. And you do exactly as you’ve said.

“You have matched your consistency with good vision. You have said that Nigeria, under your watch, will be great. Like the great leader you’ve always been, you are leading the charge from the front in spite of grave distractions and gang-ups. We, your followers, are proud to join you to build a united and prosperous Nigeria.

“As you attain the 76th year landmark, we pray that your strength be renewed. When the job is done, posterity will know that President Buhari did his best for Nigeria the way only a true patriot could have.

    “Happy birthday, Mr. President.”

Fasanmi prayed God to grant the President good health and wisdom in his strive to take Nigeria to the next level.

The statement reads: “As our great leader Awo taught us, tough time do not last, but tough people do. You have come, you have seen and by the grace of God you will conquer. As we look forward for your re-election in February, 2019, God will grant you the strength and wisdom to lead Nigeria to the promise land. I wish you many happy returns.”

Okechukwu saluted former military president Gen. Ibrahim Babangida for vindicating Buhari’s disciples on his laudable achievements since assumption of office in May 2015.

Okechukwu, while reacting to IBB’s birthday statement to Buhari on his 76th birthday, said he and others were in the same league with IBB that Buhari’s administration has achieved tremendous success in war against corruption, terrorism and other forms of insurgency, as well as bringing the country out of economic recession.

The VON boss, who is an ardent supporter of Buhari, also noted that Buhari has embarked on massive growth of critical infrastructure and revolution in agriculture sector towards self-sufficiency in food production.
