Renowned Nollywood actor, Keppy Ekpenyong, has stated that despite the constant quarrels and disagreements with his wife, Nyong Bassey, she is still his best friend.
He said sometimes he gets tired of quarrelling with her.
He tagged his wife as his “girlfriend, side chick, mistress and best friend.”
The legendary thespian discosed this while featuring in an interview with media personality, Chude Jideonwo.

He said: “She is my girlfriend, side chick, mistress, best friend and wife. And we must quarrel every day. I will be like, ‘Wettin dey worry you? You no dey tire?’”
He said their playfulness has helped solidify their marriage.
The couple have been married for over 32 years and their union is blessed with two children.
Ekpenyong also disclosed in the interview that “becoming an actor is the most fulfilling part of my life.”
