  • Krizbeatz, Ceeboi happy about new joint project

    Music producer, Krizbeatz and his protege, Ceeboi, is set for the release of an EP. It has been a long time dream for the duo, who have worked tirelessly to  come up the new projecs.

    Krizbeatz, rated as one of the hottest music producers in Africa has wormed his way into the hearts of many music lovers and his putting his all in the new project with Ceeboi, who has also been making the headlines of late with his mind-blowing fast rap prowess.

    The project a six-tracker EP, titled Protege features Sean Tizzle, Yung6ix, Dremo and Rayvanny from Tanzania.

    Krizbeatz joins the league of artistes investing in talent in the industry as he aims to keep pushing out new talents that would in turn bring out the best from the industry.  Speaking with newsmen during a brief meeting on the new development, Streets Legend executive, Oyin Ameen said work had begun on Krizbeatz’s second album even as he hinted that he might drop a new single before the end of the year.

    “We have been working on a lot of projects for the new year, one of it is what we are doing with Krizbeatz and Ceeboi. We just returned from Kenya for some business expansion projects as well. This is just a tip of the ice berg. Let’s just keep the hope alive,” he said.

  • Jahbless made me believe in myself –Krizbeatz

    MUSIC producer, Chris Alvin Sunday, aka Krizbeatz, has revealed that hip hop act Jahbless spurred him on to believe in himself. He disclosed this in a chat with The Nation.

    Having worked with Drake, Omarion, Wizkid, Tekno, Davido and a host of other acts, Krizbeatz produced the beat of the song ‘Pana’ by Teckno which instantly became a hit song. Relating his journey to stardom, the talented producer said Jahbless told him he would become a notable music producer.

    “While I was in school, Jahbless flew from America to Ibadan,” Krizbeatz said.

    “It was a big thing for me then as the news circulated on the campus. He told me that my sound would take over the world someday. Working with Jahbless made me start believing in myself. While Jahbless gave me the belief, producing Tekno’s Pana in 2016 changed everything for me”.

    Krizbeatz also said there is the need for organisers of award ceremonies to do more research before nominations.

    “For organisers of award ceremonies, I feel that there is need to do more research before nominations. But if an artiste misses out on an award, it means the person needs to work harder”.

  • Krizbeatz features Yemi Alade, Harmonize in ‘911’

    BUDDING singer and music producer, Krizbeatz, is set to release a brand new single featuring Yemi Alade and Harmonize. Titled ‘911’, the track is coming on the heels of an earlier release, ‘Erima’, which featured Davido and Tekno.

    The song is the fourth single off KrizBeatz’s album which will be released to Nigerian audience and rest of the world come November 29.

    The musician disclosed that he would not rest on his oars until the rest of the world is entertained with the sound and vibes that come from his music.

    On why he decided to title his new song ‘911’, Krizbeatz said it was out of a passion to keep entertaining the people despite being a music producer.

    For him, being a music producer helps him to get better and improve on his craft as a musician, who understands what it takes to be a professional and all-round entertainer. Speaking on the choice of Yemi Alade and Harmonize, the Erima crooner revealed that he was certain that Alade and Harmonize remain two of Africa’s hottest singers and would add value to the the new sound.

    “This year has been very good. We have worked hard on a number of projects that have earned us huge recognition from within and outside the country. As part of my plans to keep building on the brand, I decided to work even harder on my new album, which led to the first four singles we had released in the course of the year. 911 is another song that will change the game again and reaffirm my strong grip and influence on the music scene,” he said.
