Kushcare Foundation has donated food items and cash to widows in Ibadan, Oyo State capital, to mark the birthday of Founder/President of the foundation, Dr. Olumuyiwa  Kushimo.

The foundation called on governments to monitor palliatives and other incentives to help the less privileged.

Chairman, Dr. Tosin Oladipo, said governments should monitor palliative arrangements to cushion effects of hardship on the less privileged.

He said: “Everyday, we read in newspapers that government is doing one thing or the other to help the poor. But I want to encourage the government to always see the programmes through. Government should monitor the programmes and ensure they get to beneficiaries at the grassroots.”
