Evicted Big Brother Naija housemate Kuture has explained how he managed anger during his time in the house.

In his post-eviction interview, Kuture said he effectively channelled his energy into the house parties, particularly the Thursday night pool parties and Saturday night raves.

According to him, by focusing on these events, he was able to release tension and emotions through excitement and dance, rather than letting stress build up and potentially clash with fellow housemates.
