    I regret having a girlfriend, says Lil Frosh

    Singer Lil Frosh has recounted his ordeal with an  ex-lover, stating that he regretted having a girlfriend.

    The Nation reported that in 2020, Davido terminated Lil Frosh’s contract with Davido Music Worldwide, DMW, after he was accused of assault by his ex-girlfriend, Gift Camille.

    Camille withdrew her case against Lil Frosh in 2022 after settling out of court but Davido never reinstated the singer to DMW.

    Explaining briefly in a recent interview with Clout Africa, Lil Frosh said he has been independent since Davido abruptly terminated his contract due to his ex-girlfriend’s allegations.

    While maintaining his innocence, he stressed that his ex-girlfriend’s “false allegations” have stunted his music career.

    He said: “My ex-girlfriend’s claims that she got beaten by me is false accusation, I won’t lie to you. I know nothing about it. And immediately she posted it online, I got kicked out of DMW.

    “I left the record label the 6th of October, 2020, and since then I have been independent. I want my fans to know that I am not capable of assault. I am a cool guy. The way some people are judgemental about things they see online is alarming.

    “If I had the opportunity to go back in time and change somethings, I swear, I won’t have a girlfriend. I regret having a girlfriend.”

    Lil Frosh pleaded with fans to beg Davido to reinstate him to DMW.

    Ubi Franklin’s baby mama, and ex-wife of Steve Thompson, Sandra Iheuwa, has weighed into the renewed online feud between singer Lil Frosh and his ex-girlfriend, Cute Gemini.

    The Nation reported that Lil Frosh over the weekend took to his social media to explain what happened during his union with Gemini, revealing that his ex had lied against him and framed him.

    In a bid to clear his name, he also apologised to his former boss, Davido.

    Lil Frosh refuted claims of physical abuse, admitting only to slapping Gemini once due to what he perceived as disrespect towards his mother.

    Meanwhile, Gemini maintained her stance on Instagram, affirming her commitment to truth and refusing to evade responsibility.

    She added that she wouldn’t be intimidated or bullied by anyone.

    Reacting to the claim, Sandra Iheuwa via a blog’s comment section pointed out how something is off about her.

    “There’s something off about this girl”, she wrote.

    When a netizen tackled her for her statement, pointing out how she knows how a narcissist behaves, she defended herself.

    The netizen wrote: “Ha mama you know how narcissists behave, don’t say this.”

    Sandra responded: “Yes I do but look at what she did to the other girl. This girl could also be a narcissist. Narcissism isn’t gender-based.”

    Ex-girlfriend of singer Lil Frosh, Cute Gemini has said she wouldn’t be moved by anyone as she will stand firmly on the truth.

    She took to her Instagram story to send a message to her oppositions as said their hatred for her will only be a stepping stone for her to get to greater heights.

    She wrote: ‘I AM NOT RUNNING OR HIDING FROM ANYTHING OR ANYONE! I WILL STAND ON THE TRUTH AS I HAVE ALWAYS DONE. I WILL NOT BE INTIMIDATED OR BULLIED BY ANY ONE OF YOU! WHATEVER THE CASE MAY BE.     Singer Lil Frosh’s ex-girlfriend, Cute Gemini, has countered claims he didn’t abuse her physically. 

    Cute Gemini insisted with proof that she went through domestic violence, saying the singer’s claim is untrue.

    According to Lil Frosh, he only slapped her once but she refuted his claims saying he did more than slapping her.

    The Nation reported that Lil Frosh shared his side of the story, accusing his ex-girlfriend of framing him and damaging his career.

    In a recent post via Instagram, Cute Gemini insisted that the claims made by the singer to clear his name were false.

    Backing her statement, she shared a series of photos, showing her brutalised body from alleged physical abuse from Lil Frosh in that same year.

    Sharing the photos, she wrote: “YES lilfrosh did hit me countless times, it wasn’t just “a slap“, it was never ever just a slap! I never disrespected his mom! I lost so many pictures and video evidence from the previous beatings and these are the only ones I could get my hands on since it’s been years now and I never knew the day would come again where he’ll want to pin everything on my head! 

    “He beat me up and hit me at the back of my head with an iron rod, while beating me I hit my head on the wall and that’s when the swelling and internal bleeding started.”

    Amid allegations of domestic abuse against his ex-girlfriend, Cute Gemini, embattled singer Lil Frosh has sought to clear his name. 

    Following his career setback in 2021 due to the controversy, Lil Frosh reemerged after Cute Gemini was accused of bullying a TikToker. 

    He explained that the swelling on Gemini’s face was an allergic reaction to food and refuted the claims of domestic abuse. 

    Sharing a photo collage depicting the genesis of Gemini’s allergic reactions, starting from behind her ears, Lil Frosh appealed to Davido to reconsider reinstating his contract at DMW Records. 

    He said: “See how everything started on her face, it started with a reaction that caused a boil, we even went to the pharmacy to check what happened to her.

    “Sadly after medications, the conditions worsened and when it became really big they turned the story that I hit her, and presented these pictures as evidence.

    “I tried to explain nobody wanted to hear me out, that was the peak of my career, I begged they refused to stop, they collected money and left me empty, no label, no love, turned my fans against me, turned Nigerians against me, at a point I almost ended it all, seeing the people I started music with become way bigger than me, my life was a bad news, no motivation anywhere, please guys help me beg @davido for a second chance.”

    Alleged Assault: Lil Frosh countersues Yhemolee, demands N500 million

    Singer Sanni Goriola Wasiu, popularly known as Lil Frosh has filed a countersuit against socialite and influencer Yhemolee, seeking N500 million in damages in response to alleged assault charges.

    The feud between the two celebrities began after Lil Frosh alleged that Yhemolee physically assaulted him for not greeting him.

    In a second post, the singer also alerted the public that Yhemolee should be held responsible if anything happens to him.

    In reaction to Lil Frosh’s charges, Yhemolee responded by saying that he had received many death threats from unknown individuals following the singer’s fake assault claims.

    The actor maintained his innocence, vehemently dismissing all of Lil Frosh’s claims.

    To strengthen his case, Yhemolee’s lawyer issued a statement requesting N200 million in damages for the damage to his reputation.

    Responding to the suit, Lil Frosh took on the legal battle by filing a counter complaint against Yhemolee.

    The singer’s legal team issued a statement requesting N500 million in monetary damages.

    Lil Frosh captioned the lawyer’s statement with a comment on his Instagram story.

    “Here is my response to @yhemo_lee Demand letter. I refuse to be bullied into silence,” he wrote.
