BBNaija: Mbadiwe Twins didn’t deserve to be on season nine – Nelly

Former Big Brother Naija Season 9 housemate, Nelly Mbonu has argued Ozee and Ocee Mbadiwe, the ‘Mbadiwe Twins’, didn’t deserve to be part of the show.

According to Nelly, the twins didn’t do anything remarkable during their stay in the house and should have been evicted in the first week.

She stated that their surname influenced how other housemates treated them, giving them undeserved respect.

Nelly stated that she wasn’t impressed by the twins’ background or surname, and felt they weren’t suited for Season 9.

While she doesn’t have anything personal against them, she admitted that they annoyed her throughout the show.

Speaking in a recent interview with Hip TV, Nelly said:  “Mbadiwe Twins’ surname made most housemates interested in them. They were well respected in the house because of the name. But it wasn’t a thing for me. I don’t care.

“Mbadiwe Twins should have been evicted in the first week. I feel like they were not supposed to be in Big Brother’s house, to be honest. I felt like they were just, I don’t know, I cannot just say what they were doing in the house.

“I don’t have anything against them but they are just pissing me off. They annoyed me.”

“I am rooting for the Mbadiwe twins to win this season,” she said.

Nne, who was evicted from the house with partner Chinne, attributed their eviction to the custodians, Streeze, who she believes saw them as a “threat”.

She also suggested that Streeze’s decision may have been motivated by revenge, as Nne and Chinne did not save them the previous week when they had the opportunity.
