Afrobeats artist Mezzaya has thrilled fans with news of an upcoming collaborative EP.
Taking to his Instagram page, Mezzaya announced, “I’ve been in the studio working on a lot of new music, and I can’t wait to share it with my fans.”
Known for his smooth vocals and vibrant performances, Mezzaya, born Abraham Destiny, hails from Edo State, Nigeria, and is rapidly making a name for himself in the Afrobeats scene.
He revealed that his forthcoming project is a 7-track joint EP in collaboration with his label, **Black Dreams Empire (BDE)**. The project, which is in the final stages of mixing and mastering, is slated for release in the first quarter of 2025.

Mezzaya also hinted at another exciting release—a solo EP consisting of eight to ten tracks, set to drop second quarter of 2025. “I’m currently working on several projects at the same time, so I haven’t locked in the exact number of tracks for my solo EP yet,” Mezzaya shared. “But I can assure my fans that it’s going to be a smashing body of work.”
Fans can expect a tracklist reveal and details about the featured artists and collaborators in the coming weeks. Mezzaya further teased that he plans to release one or two singles, complete with music videos, ahead of the full EP. Tentatively titled *Messiah*, the solo EP is meant to serve as his formal introduction to the global music scene.
“The collaborative project with the label is a way to introduce myself to the world and build anticipation for my solo EP,” Mezzaya explained.
In preparation for his upcoming releases, Mezzaya is gearing up for a promotional tour across campuses and clubs in Benin City, Warri, and Lagos. This media blitz aims to drum up excitement for both his solo and collaborative projects, which promise to be standout additions to the Afrobeats landscape.
