    MOL, sports writers celebrate AIG Fayoade on birthday

    MOL, a wholly Nigerian mobile phone accessories manufacturing company and the Lagos chapter of the Sport Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN) recently celebrated the Assistant Inspector General of Police (AIG) on his birthday and 30 days in office.

    The executive members of Lagos SWAN presented the AIG with various cakes to show their appreciation for his support towards sport development and safety of life in Lagos State.

    According to a statement by the Lagos SWAN Secretary, Bello Omotunde, the celebration was made even more special with the presence of MOL, one of the leading tech companies in Nigeria and a partner of the Lagos SWAN chapter, which donated reflex jackets to the Nigeria Police Force for both Lagos and Ogun State.

    Ambassador Olatutu Oladunni expressed her gratitude for the positive collaboration with the Nigeria Police Force and wished the AIG many more successful partnerships.

    The AIG was overwhelmed with joy and promised to continue his good work and support for the sport fraternity.

    He also thanked the Lagos SWAN chapter and their partner MOL for their generous donation to the Nigeria Police Force.

    According to Olatutu, this celebration is an appreciation of the AIG’s dedication and commitment to serving the community, and the Lagos SWAN chapter is honored to have him as a partner in promoting sports development and safety in Lagos State.

    MOL, a wholly Nigerian mobile phone accessories manufacturing company has unveiled its products in Lagos.

    The brand which is about two years in operation, last week made a physical appearance in Computer Village, Ikeja, Lagos to showcase its numerous products, ranging from chargers, cables, power banks, air pods and headsets.

    According to the CEO/Managing Director, Sanmi Oladunni,  MOL is a typical indigenous global brand out to create products Nigerians can be proud of.

    “Our mission today is to make our presence known in Computer Village, the biggest IT market in Africa. We’re also launching Jambox today. We’ve been spreading and are already in 30 states; but now we’re in Lagos and this is our first physical store, to create awareness and ensure that people know us.

    “We are into mobile accessories, chargers, power banks, headsets; and we have them in top quality. Particularly when it comes to our audio,  anything sound, people already know and reckon with us. We try to maintain QC to; ensure that we give the best quality at all times, so our quality assurance process is massive.”

     We have up to 18 levels of quality assurance process, starting from China; we check the drop test, the voltage regulator; we also do a lot of IC tests. Even when the products arrive here, we still pick the boxes randomly and check before we start selling, to be sure that everything is good.”

    According to Oladunni, the company has a five-year target, which is to be among the top five in the industry.  Already, he comes with top-notch industry experience, having  been in the industry for twelve years and held leading positions such as West African Zone 1 Manager, National Manager, head of Business and Country Manager working with the top two brands in the industry.

    Oladunni, who described himself as product manager, sound engineer, has also led teams in open market to develop products,  working with partners in China.

    “We go to China every six months, so it’s an interesting journey for me and it’s like giving back to Nigeria from the experience we’ve garnered.” he told The Nation.
