    Temi Otedola, the daughter of billionaire businessman Femi Otedola, and singer Mr Eazi, have released pictures of their wedding ceremony .

    The couple announced engagement in April 2022 and tied the knot in 2025.

    According to reports, Temi and Mr Eazi hosted not one, not two, but three weddings across three countries.

    Their first ceremony was a civil wedding held in Monaco on May 9, which coincided with Mr Eazi’s late mother’s birthday.

    This was followed by a traditional Yoruba wedding ceremony at the Otedola family home in Dubai, where they celebrated their Nigerian heritage with traditional food, music, and attire.

    The final ceremony was a white wedding held in Iceland in August, where the couple exchanged vows in a beautiful church ceremony.

    The couple’s wedding celebrations were a blend of Nigerian culture and international flair, reflecting their unique love story.

    Mr Eazi has spoken about how the weddings have inspired him, saying he wants to create more love songs, particularly stripped-back acoustic tracks that he can perform live at future Nigerian weddings.

    The couple’s romance began in 2017, and after five years of dating, Mr Eazi proposed to Temi in April 2022.

    Temi recently took to social media to announce her new surname, sharing pictures of the wedding with the caption “Mr and Mrs Ajibade.”

    Singer and businessman Mr Eazi has revealed that his wedding to Temi Otedola, daughter of billionaire Femi Otedola, was not funded by his music earnings alone.

    The clarification came after an X user claimed that the release of his latest single, Cassanova, was aimed at recouping wedding expenses.

    Responding with humour, Mr Eazi dismissed the claim, saying: “U think sey music go fit pay for that wedding my G? lol.”

    Another user argued that his 2018 earnings could have covered the costs, but Mr Eazi explained that, despite having hit songs in 2017 and 2018, that period was actually one of his most financially difficult in the last 10 years.

    “You got a point tho, but 2017-18 is the brokest I’ve been in the last 9 years! But all the music I put out then enter like mad sha im really thankful,” he wrote.

    He expressed gratitude for the success of his music during that time, but made it clear that his wedding expenses were likely covered by other means.

    Mr Eazi and Temi Otedola got married in a private ceremony in Iceland, after getting engaged in London in April 2022.

    The ‘Leg Over’ crooner, in an interview with a Gambian content creator, credited his lover, Temi Otedola, as a key element in his achievements, stating that “marrying a good wife” is one of the principles of success.

    “What do you think the principles of success are?”, the interviewer asked

    “Marrying a good wife”, Mr. Eazi replied.

    He also advised young men to cultivate essential qualities such as discipline, patience, and the fear of God to navigate life’s challenges and stay focused on their goals.

    He emphasised that these traits are vital for achieving success in any field.

    When asked about the challenges that have defined his success in the music industry, Mr Eazi revealed that overcoming doubt and second-guessing has been a significant hurdle.

    “The difficulty of unbelief when you’re being second-guessed, you could turn it into something that drives you as well”, he said.

    However, he said he has learned to channel these negative sentiments into motivation, driving him to work harder and prove his doubters wrong.

    “if you’re born in Nigeria, most often than not, you have that drive to go get it and you’ve that self-belief. I don’t know how to explain it. You just see it in a Nigerian, even in the way we walk. The audacity. Maybe, it’s in the eba and soup”, he said.

    Singer and entrepreneur Oluwatosin Oluwole Ajibade, popularly known as Mr. Eazi, has explained why he refused to join record labels of Olamide’s YBNL Nation and ace American singer Akon’s younger brother, Abou “Bu” Thiam, the executive vice president of Columbia Records.

    According to Mr. Eazi, the duo reached out to him separately to join their record labels when he began his music career but he declined because he hadn’t figured out what he was doing and also wanted his “freedom”.

    He spoke in the latest episode of the Afrobeats Intelligence Podcast hosted by Joey Akan.

    He said: “I remember going for ‘Ghana Meets Naija’ in Ghana. And that was where I met Olamide. He tried to sign me to his record label. He offered me a deal. Somebody else had also tried to sign me. Bu (Abou Thiam), Akon’s brother, was the first person who tried to sign me.

    “I declined because then I hadn’t even figured out what I was doing. It was too early to sign. So, I didn’t sign with Bu.

    “When Olamide gave me a deal, I knew that I hadn’t totally understood the business or what I was even doing so I declined. Everything was just happening so fast. One thing I knew was that I wanted my freedom.”

    Mr Eazi also revealed in the interview that Jay-Z’s record label, ROC Nation, wanted to sign his hit song ‘Skin Tight’ but Wizkid “told me to do the deal only if they offer life-changing money”.

    ”In reality to where I was in my life, the money they offered would have been interpreted as life changing money. But to me because of where I thought I was going, I didn’t think it was life changing money. So, I didn’t accept the deal,” he added.
