Through their representative, Beulah Akingbelu-Banjo, the businessmen distributed a large quantity of food items such as bags of rice, groundnut oil among others to residents of these communities.

The outreach is part of their broader commitment to complement the Federal Government’s efforts in tackling food insecurity and ensuring that vulnerable populations receive essential support.  On the motivation behind their actions, Mr. Ramnani and Mr. Mahtani emphasized the importance of showing solidarity with Nigerians, particularly during such a significant milestone for the country.

“There is no better way to celebrate Nigeria than to seek the welfare and well-being of its citizens in our own little way,” they said, highlighting the need for collective efforts in addressing food poverty.

The businessmen also shared their future plans for the outreach,  noting that it is intended to expand across all local government areas in the country, targeting two at a time.

“Over the next couple of years, we aim to reach every local government in the country,” they added.
