    The mother of four gave encouraging thoughts to women who are self-conscious and question if they are good enough.

    The movie star tells them that they are not only good enough, but also attractive and more than worthy.

    She prayed for them to find happiness, serenity, and love inside themselves because they deserved it.

    She said: “To the girl that lays down in her bed every night wondering if she’s good enough… YOU ARE BABY GIRL.

    “You are beautiful and more than worthy. I pray you find happiness, peace & love within yourself. You deserve it ALL queen!.”

    Popular Nollywood Ghanaian actress, Nadia Buari has shared her unique parenting idea with her fans.

    The mother of four said that before she had children, she had a million ideas on how to raise them.

    But on becoming a mom, all the ideas vanished and she’s been left with just one which is to always shower them with love and more love throughout the different phases of their lives.

    The proud mom of four lovely girls also confessed her kids are the bedrock of her existence.

    Sharing photos with her girls, the former model wrote: “Before I had kids, I had a million ideas on how I would raise them. Now that they are here? I have ONLY ONE and that is to LOVE THEM.

    “Love them through their GIGGLES, MESSY HANDS, and FEARLESSNESS.

    “And when it is hard, like really hard, I’ll LOVE THEM through that too! My whole world revolves around them.”

    Many gushed over the mommy-and-daughters shots and her parenting idea.
