Dr Yemi-Sholoye said: “This is not just another vigil, it is a centenary edition, a sacred gathering of believers crying out for mercy, direction, and transformation for our nation. We are expecting nothing less than 300,000 worshippers at The New Seraph Prayer City in Ode Remo, Ogun State.”

She revealed that the ministry has, for months, conducted pre-NODE rallies and revivals across rural and urban areas in Nigeria to prepare spiritually and mobilise worshippers nationwide.

“From state to state, our team has been on the road, ministering, praying, and evangelising. Even as we speak, pre-NODE rallies are ongoing. We have not relented in taking the message of salvation to every corner of this nation.

“To ensure wide participation, over 300 BRT buses will transport Lagos-based attendees for free, with thousands more mobilised for inter-state travel. “Nigeria is hurting,” she declared. “The cries of the poor echo across the land. The economic hardship is unbearable, and people are losing faith. But as a Church, we will not be silent. We will pray, but we will also speak, we demand righteousness in leadership.”

Quoting Proverbs 29:2, she added, “When good people lead, everyone rejoices; but when bad people rule, everyone mourns.

“Reduce the cost of living. Address inflation. Provide affordable electricity and fuel. Create opportunities for our youth. Be accountable. Show us your works. Stop deceiving the youth. Use your wealth to bless the nation, not just yourselves.”

She urged unity and civic responsibility amongst fellow Christians: “Our faith demands action. We must be the moral compass of society, vote wisely, and hold leaders accountable. The era of fake politics must end. Nigeria deserves leaders who serve with integrity.”

As Nigeria marks the 100th anniversary of the C&S Church this September, Dr Yomi-Sholoye said the spiritual gathering is a gift to the nation at a time when hope is desperately needed.
