    Firm showcases HR software at 2025 Africa start-up festival

    Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer, Damilola Ogedengbe, said NexHRM’s all-in-one HR software is designed to help companies manage payroll, recruitment, performance, leave, and other HR functions, allowing organisations to focus on strategic activities rather than routine tasks.

    The company presented its solutions at the 2025 Africa Start-up Festival (ASF), recently held in Lagos.

    The event brought together over 3,000 participants, including founders, investors, product managers, and professionals from various sectors, marking NexHRM’s second appearance since its debut in 2024.

    Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer, Francis Oladosu, explained that NexHRM operates on Google Cloud with multiple security layers, integrates with Paystack for payroll automation, and includes an AI-driven recruitment system for candidate screening and scoring.

    Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, Moses Durosaro, noted that NexHRM’s pricing model addresses local realities, offering more affordable solutions for African businesses compared with foreign HR tools, and aligns with regional regulatory requirements often not addressed by foreign platforms.

    At the festival, visitors engaged with NexHRM’s HR, CRM, and finance modules, drawing interest from startups, investors, and ecosystem partners. The company said it plans to expand its platform to cover HR, finance, procurement, CRM, and other operational areas, aiming to support businesses across the continent.

    The founders described the event as an opportunity for collaboration, networking, and showcasing technology solutions tailored for African enterprises.
