  • BBNaija: Why our `romantic’ pairings crashed— Ceec, Lolu, Nina

Tension hung in the air as Anto, Lolu, Cee-C, Tobi and Nina shared reasons why the romantic relationships with their on-screen partners fell apart during the ongoing BBnaija #Doublewahalareload and reunion show on Wednesday night.

News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that during the show, the ex-housemates were paired with the opposite gender as strategic partners which largely grew into romantic relationships.

However, BamTeddy (BamBam and Teddy A) are the only couple left from the show as CeeBi (Tobi and Cee-C), LoTo (Lolu and Anto) and MiNa (Miracle and Nina) broke off at different points during and after the show.

Cee-C and Tobi had the most drama in their relationship with their fans also taking the fight to social media. They both told host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu that they do not regret any part of it.

Cee-C said, “A lot of things were centered around Tobi and I; It’s a good thing as the theme was Double Wahala.

“It was a good thing for the show. There is nothing to regret, even when you lose, you learn from your mistakes,” she said.

For Tobi, he said it was quite an experience that he also learnt from.

He said, “It was one I learnt from and also enjoyed.”

They both added that they presently do not talk but will be willing to work with each other whenever the need arises.

Meanwhile, it was shockingly revealed that Anto was ready to have a relationship with Lolu after the show but he turned her down, despite being the initiator during the show.

Explaining the reason of his actions to Ebuka, he said, “First of all, I think it takes a lot to have a relationship. It takes a lot more than us just liking each other.

“We had our differences and after the house, we sorted it out. We are two different people and we are looking for different things going forward,” he said.

Also, Nina told Ebuka she decided to create a distance between herself and Miracle.

The fan-favourite couple were expected to build a stronger relationship after the show which fell flat.

About Miracle, she said, “He is just a goal-getter. He is focused and that’s one thing I love about him. I don’t regret the relationship at all. I actually wanted to see how it will be if I was alone.”

Commenting on the Nina and Miracle situation, media personality Denrele Edun said, “Miracle struck me as someone who was lost when he got into the house.

“He looked out for someone who would be unsuspecting of his moves in the house. The moment they were paired, I just knew ‘Okay’.

“It worked in his favour and also worked in her favour. If they weren’t paired together, things would have turned out differently,” he said.

  • I’m ready to return the phone, Nina tells Bobrisky

Former Big Brother Naija housemate Nina, is not having any of the humiliation brought to her by cross-dresser, Bobrisky, as she’s fires back at him after he had blasted her recently.

The drama is said to have started after TV star chose to align herself with the male barbie’s sworn enemy, Toyin Lawani.

The cross dresser is ceasing every chance to remind all that cares to listen, of all he did for the ex-big brother housemate.

He particularly seems to derive pleasure in stating the fact that he bought her an iPhoneX. For what it’s worth, it looks like Nina has had enough of it.

Amidst the clash, he said she deserved to be humiliated following a troll by social media influencer, Tunde Ednut.

Bobrisky went on to say that he regrets supporting her and giving her an iPhone X.

Nina however took to her Instastories to say she would love to return the gadget whenever he wants it back.

It should be recalled that a while after she left the Big Brother house, Nina got trolled by the same Tunde Ednut for supposedly using an Android phone – this caused Bobrisky (who was still supporting her then) to stand up for her and get her an iPhoneX alongside Tonto Dikeh.

Well, Nina won’t have any of the humiliation anymore as she’s taken to her page to tell the cross dresser that she’d like to return the iPhone X.

    She wrote,

“Please i really do not want to sound rude but @bobrisky222 i still have the phone you gave me courtesy of @tontolet intact and unused, ready to be returned at any time and any day of your choice thanks”

“It is imperative that we support each other in the best way possible to make our dear country worth living,” she wrote.

“Businesses are struggling to stay afloat due to obvious challenges which are quite discouraging.

Going by these ills in our Society, I wish to support businesses with my social media platform which will promote products and services for businesses registered by my consultant: Honeydoughconsulting and be advised on terms and conditions. Noting that we rise by lifting others, I look forward to celebrating visionary entrepreneurs,” she stated.

The BBNaija star, born and resident in Owerri in Imo State of Nigeria, loves singing, talking and chatting with other people.

The 21-year old English and Literary Studies graduate recently addressed the issue between her and Miracle having been advised to stay clear of the 2018 BBN winner who her fans believe has no feelings for her.

  • I missed my first semester in school -Nina

Nina Chinonso is mostly linked to winner of Big Brother Naija, Miracle Igbokwe to won she was romantically attached throughout the show. During a visit to The Nation last week, the model who disclosed that she missed her first semester in school as a result of the show, said she has no regret about her romance in the house, as the things she did in BBN house are things she does in the outside world.

I know it’s been crazy since you guys got out. How have you been handling this new status, this celebrity life?

Well, I’m trying to know what it’s all about. It’s not easy but then I’m just handling it the best way I can.

I go through posts and I see people talking about you, especially when it comes to the obvious things, Miracle and Collins. How have you been handling the comments?

Well, I don’t believe those comments.

    You don’t?

    (mumbles )

    Are you sure?

    I don’t.

So, you don’t go through the comments?

    I don’t.

You don’t hear people tell you?

People do. I just don’t hear.

Where does Collins stand at this moment?

Actually, I really don’t want to talk about that.

What next? What do we expect from you now that you’re out of the house?

Okay, first of all, I actually want to open up my wig brand – Nina Wigs.  And I’m opening it on my birthday, that’s 31st of this month. And again, I’m entering the entertainment industry. And I have passion for beauty and fashion. So, those are the basic things I want to do.

Do you intend to do them concurrently – both schooling and that together

As for schooling, I’m in my final year and I missed the first semester. I’m thinking of; let me start from this, then later I would finish up with my school.

So, school is not the priority now?

I never said that. It is.

But right now, are you putting it on hold?

    Yeah.

There was actually a video of you that I saw. You were acting. Are you an actor?

    Yes

There is this perception that Big Brother house is all about immorality.

Like I said when I was in the house, anything I cannot do in the house, I cannot do outside. That’s just not me.

Presently, how does it stand between you and Miracle?

The priority for me is my goal, to achieve my dreams, especially when I went into the house, I really had this in mind. I wanted to go there so when I come out, I will achieve something. So right now, I really want to achieve what I want to achieve.

Towards the end of the show, we saw a closeness between yourself and Cee-C. What was the bond about?

We were only five in the house. Cee-C was just the only that wasn’t really associating with every other person. And me, I’m free with her, so I felt like, since she’s not really free with everyone, let me be with her so she won’t be lonely.

But outside the house, you guys are still close

    Yeah, we’re cool.
