    Nobel carpets kick-off “Reward Your Creativity 2.0” contest

    Lucky Fibres Plc, makers of Nobel Carpets & Rugs is set to generously reward three lucky winners in its ‘Reward Your Creativity Contest’ which is open to all creative designers.

    The contest which would run from the 21st November to the 10th of December is aimed at showcasing and celebrating the originality, inventiveness and creativity of designers; as they are required to create unique and attractive carpet or rug patterns.

    Explaining the rationale behind the competition, the General Manager, Lucky Fibres Plc, Mr Jitesh Pamnani stated that the contest is designed to promote innovativeness, thoughtful thinking and creativity amongst art designers, while they also get rewarded for their passion and hard work.

    “We ran the same competition last year, and we were really stunned by the concepts we got from the different entries. This no doubt shows how creative Nigerians are; and as a brand actively involved in creating floor coverings with amazing patterns, we once again want to engage creative individuals out there, showcase their ability to the world, and also reward them.

    Jitesh further stated that the scope of the reward has been widened, as winners now have an internship opportunity with the brand, apart from the cash reward attached.

    At the end of this competition, the 1st prize winner will receive three months internship opportunity, a beautiful wall-to-wall Nobel carpets worth N150,000, award plaque, and cash prize, the 2nd prize winner walks home with a wall-to-wall Nobel carpets worth N100,000, award plaque and cash prize while the 3rd prize winner will also receive a wall-to-wall Nobel carpets worth N75,000, award plaque and cash prize.

    On how to participate, Jitesh explained that interested participants with creative designs and concepts for a carpet or rug are to send their entry to Nobel Carpets and adjudged winners would be contacted at the end of the competition.

    Winners emerge in Nobel bloggers contest

    Winners have finally emerged in the just concluded Nobel carpets & rugs bloggers contest which was aimed at engaging and motivating bloggers for their creativity and dexterity at writing.

    The contest which came to its conclusion in the month of July, sought to reward 3 bloggers who could best capture the theme: “Highlighting the Beautification of Homes with Nobel Carpets & Rugs” with the most beautiful words, grammatical syntax and creativity.

    Announcing the winners at the prize giving event, General Manager, Lucky Fibres, Mr. Jitesh Pamanani expressed great delight at the quality of entries received, stating that the judges were laden with a huge task of selecting the three winners.

    “Considering the number and quality of entries received, Nigeria is no doubt blessed with great and prolific writers who if given the right platform of expression, would put the nation on the world map; and as a brand, this is a way of beaming and rewarding these writers.”

    Expressing delight on behalf of the winners, the 1st prize winner, Mr. Damilare Bankole expressed appreciation to Nobel carpets & rugs for giving bloggers across the country an avenue to be rewarded while they followed their passion for blogging, and hence promised to sharpen their writing skill.

The competition tagged ‘the Nobel Bloggers’ Contest’ expected to last till July  29th 2016 is specially designed to ignite, engage and motivate  bloggers to be creative and original individuals with their ideas, concepts and writings.

    Speaking on the competition, General Manager, Lucky Fibres Mr. Jitesh Pamnani, stated that this contest will offer a platform for originality and creative thinking to bloggers across the nation, to showcase their writing skills.

    According to him, “This contest is to ignite passion for original and creative writing practices and principles by highlighting the Beautification of homes with Nobel carpets and rugs. At the end of this competition, the 1st prize winner will be endowed with Nobel Carpets and Rugs for his/her house worth N50,000, an award, and a cash prize of Naira 30,000. The 2nd will go away with Nobel Carpets and Rugs Centre rug worth N30,000, an award, and a cash prize of N20,000 while the 3rd prize winner will have Nobel Carpets and Rugs centre rug worth N20,000, a cash prize of Naira 10,000 and an award. Also, all participants will receive assured gifts from Nobel Carpets and rugs.

    On how to participate, Mr. Jitesh explained that interested participants are to write on the topic ‘Beautifying your home with Nobel carpets and rugs’, after which the original write-up is published on respective blog. Personal details and blog URL is finally submitted on http://nobelafricablog.com/contest/. Winners will be rigorously selected by Nobel Carpets and Rug Creative Judges and announced.
