    Norrenberger lists two mutual funds

Norrenberger Asset Management Limited has listed two mutual funds at the Nigerian Exchange (NGX).

The listing of Norrenberger’s Islamic Fund and Turbo (Fixed Income) Fund on the main board of NGX allows investors to trade on the funds.

Acting Managing Director, Norrenberger Asset Management Limited, Pabina Yinkere, said the listing by way of memorandum underscores the company’s efforts aimed at broadening financial accessibility and inclusion.

He said the Norrenberger Islamic and Turbo Funds signified an increasing demand for ethical and diversified investments.

“Our consistent track record has resulted in over N11.7 billion in capital repayments and N5.2 billion in investment income distributed to clients in the past three years,” Yinkere said.

He outlined that the funds cater to fixed-income and Shariah-compliant investment preferences, aligning with Norrenberger’s mission to providing varying products across all asset classes.

According to him, with a broad portfolio spanning asset management, investment banking, pensions, and securities trading, Norrenberger has fortified its market position through strategic acquisitions, including its acquisition of International Energy Insurance (IEI).

He said the expansion into the insurance sector reflects Norrenberger’s ongoing dedication to bolstering Nigeria’s private sector and contributing to national economic stability.

At the closing gong ceremony to commemorate the listing, Chief Executive Officer, Nigerian Exchange (NGX), Jude Chiemeka commended Norrenberger’s impressive trajectory.

“This listing expands investment options for the Nigerian market and reflects our commitment to supporting innovative financial solutions,” Chiemeka said.

He emphasised that the funds’ objectives are to drive stable income for investors.
