    Odunzeh tasks paramount ruler on peace in Lagos

    The 2023 Imo Governorship candidate of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP), Hon. Uche Ben Odunzeh, has reiterated call for a peaceful Lagos State

    Odunzeh, Chief Executive officer of real estate firm, Euc Homes Ltd, made the call on Friday when he paid a courtesy call on the paramount ruler of Oworonshoki kingdom of Lagos state, HRM Oba Babatunde Saliu in his palace.

    He said peace was essential for development in the State and praised the monarch for his leadership which has brought about a lasting peace in his kingdom

    EUC homes Ltd, which has invested in the Oworonshoki waterfront in the past in Third Mainland Courts Estate, is geared to attract foreign and local investors to the vibrant city

    He called for a closure to give all stakeholders an avenue to participate in the land business of the State.

    The New Nigeria Peoples Party(NNPP) governorship candidate in the just concluded Imo election, Hon. Uche Ben Odunzeh, has tasked Real Estate Developers Assocation of Nigeria (REDAN) to unite and hold unto the creed of the association.

    Odunzeh, who is the CEO of EUC Homes Ltd, lamented the aggressive acquisition of lands by the government from developers in Lagos State and the country, which according to him, limits private sector development and direct foreign investment.

    He stated that it is wrong for government to be fully in the land-selling business, which has been a lucrative industry for customary landlords and real estate developers/agents around the country.

    He also called on the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu whom he praised as a trendsetter and inspiration in real estate sector to look into this before it becomes a disaster, adding that developers are being harassed daily by local and foreign investors due to the impasse, stating its no longer acceptable.

    Chief Odunzeh, who is the Babalaje of Ibejuland, based on his antecedents, empowerment  and development of the LGA in Lagos State, stressed that they are developers and marketers and builders of the country and must be treated with respect and dignity.

    Odunzeh seeks improved healthcare services in Nigeria

    The 2023 New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) governorship candidate in imo State Hon Uche Ben Odunzeh has called for improved healthcare services in Nigeria.

    Chief Odunzeh, who decried what has become of hospitals, lamented Nigerians can not continue to depend on traveling abroad for healthcare saying “we can improve our healthcare facility.”

    Odunzeh, who is also the chairman of a leading real estate firm, Euc homes, narrated his experience recently when he sought medical attention in a hospital, described it as a bad fate and what he doesn’t wish anyone.

    “What they do here in Nigeria is try and error, there’s manpower and facility deficit. This is why death rate in Nigeria has risen,” he said.

    He called on President Bola Tinubu and Minister of health to change the ugly narrative explaining that with rightful investment in the health care, the country’s economy will be impacted positively

    “I don’t wish anyone my experience. I am speaking directly to Mr President and the minister of health to act now to liberate the health sector.

    “We need an improved ambulance services, health insurance, world class hospitals , nursing homes and home caregivers,” he said.

    Unite real estate sector, Odunzeh urges Sanwo-Olu

    The governorship candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party(NNPP) in the just concluded election in Imo State, Hon Uche Ben Odunzeh, has advised Lagos Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu to unite the real estate sector by addressing pending issues on indigenous and non-indigenous investors .

    He remarked that before now, the Lagos State Government was issuing excision to indigenous families and non indigenous investors that had the flexibility of purchasing them and perfecting the title at the Ministry of Lands and Surveyor General’s office but in recent years this has changed with the emergence of only government allocation “selling land” .

    According to him, this trend has short changed indigenous and non indigenous investors removing them from the real estate sector, ultimately which gradually is affecting the supposed growth of the the real estate industry in Lagos state.

    He said: “Most investors are now looking for other options leaving Lagos to do real estate. The Lagos state government must look at deregulating the real estate industry so it can grow faster”

    Odunzeh, who also is a pioneer in real Estate network marketing and the inventor of the 15% commission to realtors in real estate, is the chairman/CEO EUC homes Ltd

    Odunzeh, the Babalaje of Ibejuland, a respected high chief in Ibeju Lekki, lamented multiple places in Ibeju Lekki LGA where he has constructed at least 2km road access in each community, have been encroached by the Lagos State Government. He urged the Governor to carry all state actors along to ensure inclusivity.

    He also tasked the leadership of REDAN Lagos State state to act swiftly by addressing the lingering matters relating to real estate investors in Lagos State.
