    Offset takes responsibility for failed marriage to Cardi B

    American rapper Offset has opened up about his separation from Cardi B, admitting that infidelity and bad decisions significantly contributed to their marriage ending.

    “I messed up, and it cost me my marriage,” Offset revealed during a podcast interview with Keke Palmer.

    Despite their split, he expressed deep respect for Cardi B, referring to her affectionately as “bro,” and clarified that their divorce has not yet been finalised.

    The rapper also reflected on his journey toward self-improvement and healing, sharing how he has been dealing with grief following the 2022 death of his cousin and Migos bandmate, Takeoff.

    Offset credited therapy and faith for helping him overcome addiction and find peace, adding, “I’m focused on becoming a better man now.”

    Addressing long-standing rumours about an alleged affair with rapper Saweetie, Offset firmly denied the claims, describing them as “completely false and unnecessary.”

    “That whole Saweetie thing was just weird,” he said.

    American rapper Cardi B has publicly criticized her estranged husband, Offset, accusing him of delaying their divorce by refusing to sign the necessary papers. 

    In a recent live stream on X (formerly Twitter), Cardi B expressed her frustration, blasting Offset for failing to buy Christmas gifts for their children despite claiming to love them deeply.

    She accused him of using their kids as an excuse while deliberately trying to spite her. 

    Cardi B highlighted what she called hypocrisy, noting that Offset had bought gifts for his other children in New York but neglected theirs.

    She also revealed that he had only called their daughter for the first time that year, underscoring his inconsistent involvement in their lives. 

    The rapper’s remarks shed light on the ongoing tensions in their relationship and the impact on their family dynamics.

    She said: “I didn’t want to do this, but I don’t like when I’m at peace and a motherfcker wants to call me over and over, and then do little sht behind the scenes to piss me off. You want to see the kids? You just called your daughter for the first time this year yesterday — your newborn.

    “You love your kids so much, but you didn’t buy them something for Christmas. You go to New York to buy your other kids gifts, but you ain’t bought my kids sht. You’re doing this just to spite me. You’re going to stop fcking playing with me, and you’re going to sign these f*cking divorce papers.

    “Stop using my kids as an excuse. You’re not going to use my kids as an excuse because these are the same kids that you didn’t buy anything for during Christmas.”

    The couple’s divorce proceedings have been ongoing since Cardi B filed for divorce in December 2023, despite welcoming their third child together last year.

    The 31-year-old shared a heartwarming photo of her newborn baby girl, born on September 7.

    Despite their pending divorce, the couple appears to be on amicable terms, with Offset featured in photos alongside Cardi and their baby girl.

    The hip-hop power couple, who secretly wed in 2017, are already parents to six-year-old daughter Kulture and two-year-old son Wave.

    Last month, Cardi filed for divorce from Offset, seeking primary custody of their children and child support.

    The 32-year-old rapper, known for his successful solo career and as a member of Migos, has yet to publicly comment on the divorce proceedings.

    American rapper, Blueface has heavily accused Cardi B’s husband, Offset of having a romantic affair with his baby mama, Chrisdean Rock.

    He made the fresh allegations on Sunday, December 11, days after accusing his baby mama of paternity fraud.

    He stated that a DNA test revealed he isn’t the father of their child, describing the revelation as “a bitter-sweet feeling.”

    In a recent twist of events, the rapper accused his baby mama of having a sexual affair with Cardi B’s husband, Offset at their matrimonial home in Los Angeles.

    On his X handle, he wrote: “Being tatted ona he is not a flex you literally f*ked cardi B husband couple weeks ago I’m tired of n*gga looking at me while they f*king you get the rest of em gone asap please.

    “So you ain’t f**k cardi husband November 10th at 4 am at their house in LA…I’m making this up?”

    Meanwhile, Offset has denied Blueface’s claim.

    Quoting Blueface’s tweet, Offset wrote: “I ain’t never talk or touch that lady.

    “Real talk man, you need some help!”

    Nicki Minaj’s hubby under house arrest for threatening rapper Offset

    Following a breach of his probation terms, Kenneth Petty, who is Nicki Minaj‘s husband, has been sentenced to 120 days of home detention.

    The sentence comes after Petty violated his probation by sharing videos on social media that appeared to threaten rapper Offset.

    A court order issued on Wednesday in the Central District of California imposed a home monitoring injunction on Petty.

    This action was taken as he was recorded making threatening statements towards a particular individual while in the presence of someone with a criminal record.

    Offset happened to be the ‘specific person’ listed in the order, and the clips were related to a string of comments Petty made against the rapper on social media on September 16.

    Petty and a part of his entourage are seen outside of a New York City hotel, allegedly where Offset was staying, in the viral video clip that went viral on social media on September 16.

    Among other unsettling remarks Petty made in the clip was; “Plan that vacation, you gonna be planning your funeral pussy!”

    Cardi B’s rapper husband, Offset, was originally a part of the Atlanta rap trio, Migos.

    At the Harper’s Bazaar Icons party held in September 2018 during New York Fashion Week, Minaj and Cardi B got into a brawl. The two have been at odds for a while.

    During that time, a video that was being circulated online showed Cardi B thrusting towards Minaj and attacking her.

    Meanwhile, Petty admitted guilt to failing to register as a sex offender in the state of California in 2020 and was sentenced to three years’ probation in July 2022.

    He served four years in prison in New York following his 1995 conviction for the first-degree attempted rape of a 16-year-old female.
