The Committee for maiden edition of Ogbomoso Cradles Carnival has fixed September 12, 2024 for unveiling of logo and fundraising for the event.
Ogbomoso Cradles Carnival, a socio cultural event scheduled to hold between December 19- 23, is part of the 25-year development plan of the Soun of Ogbomosoland, Oba Ghandi Afolabi Olaoye, Orumogege 111.

A statement by chairman of the Committee, Prince Williams Adeleye, stated that the event slated to hold on Thursday, September 12, at Ajuji Greenwhich Hotel, Plot 1083 Joseph Gomwalk Street Abdulsalami Abubakar Road, Gudu District Abuja by 6pm.
Adeleye, a Special Assistant (media) to former President Mohammed Buhari, said: “His imperial Majesty Oba Ghandi Afolabi Olaoye, Orumogege III will also be at the venue to speak on his vision and 25 years development agenda for Ogbomosoland.”
He said the five-day program will feature culture and tourism program, football, tennis and golf tournaments, traditional cuisines/ and masquerade parades, among others.
