The Osun Police Command has commenced investigation after a suspected ritualist beheaded and mutilated the body parts of a homeless woman before the Osogbo Local Government Area Secretariat.
The Nation gathered that there was anxiety in the Oke-Baale area of Osogbo, capital of Osun State on Tuesday as the headless corpse of the middle-aged was discovered with other vital organs missing.

A source around the area Agboola explained that “the corpse of the woman who is homeless was discovered at the back of shops complex opposite Osogbo Local Government Secretariat. The head is missing with her two hands. The body was butchered.”
Osun police spokesperson Yemisi Opalola confirmed the incident.
She said: “It is true, we have contacted the concerned authority to take care of the corpse, while the investigation is ongoing.”
