A businessman and socialite, Otunba Rotimi Ajanaku, has advised politicians to support the needy.
He lamented rise in poverty rate in the country.
Ajanaku said politicians should suspend their 2027 ambitions and focus on the needs of the masses, who are experiencing hardship.
Speaking with reporters, he attributed the deteriorating situation to misdirection and misplacement of priorities ‘’by our leaders.’’

He said Nigerians should support the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu administration in its efforts to revive the economy.
Ajanaku said: “Millions of Nigerians are suffering. The hardship has reached a critical point. We must act now to save lives and prevent further deterioration of our country.”
