  • Community decries neglect, seeks ECOWAS road

The Okeogun community in Oyo State has cried out against what it calls ‘neglect in all ramifications ‘

The community, made up of 10 local government areas, is said to lack political, economic and social patronage from government, both state and federal.

The President of Okeogun  Liberation Initiative, Alhaji  Fatai Azeez,  spoke after the bi-monthly meeting of the group penultimate Saturday, in Iseyin, Oyo State.

According to him, Oyo State has enjoyed the greatest support from the community since the return of the present political dispensation but ironically, the community has suffered neglect in all areas of life. For instance, Okeogun has never produced the governor of the state, it has always been the Ibadan axis in person of Chief Omololu Olunloyo, Chief Rasheed Ladoja, Late  Lam Adesina, Senator Abiola Ajimobi and lately Mr Bayo Adelabu.

In terms of education, there is no federal institution in the area that can engender meaningful development. The community has a large expanse of fertile land which, if developed, can produce food and internally generated revenue for the state. It would be recalled that the Late Chief Obafemi Awolowo used agriculture to develop the Old Western Region.

Besides the Ikerre Dam in the area that could have been utilised for hydro-electric power or irrigational purposes has been abandoned for several decades.

Alhaji Azeez said: ’’I want to appeal to Lagos State government not travel far to produce rice, fertile land is available at Ikerre Dam to produce rice with ease at low production cost’’

In addition, he said the roads in the area are in bad shape. For instance, the narrow Odo Ogun bridge constructed several decades ago needs a facelift.‘’

Infact, the helicopter used by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo to Iseyin during his recent political campaign did not make him appreciate the terrible condition of the road.As a border community, we need ECOWAS  road from Saki to Ibadan just like from Benin Republic to Lagos. Also, we need an army barrack at Iseyin because it is a border town.

We want the government to link the road from  Iseyin to  Ogbomoso in Gbokeyi area, because with this, you will no more travel to Oyo town before going to Ilorin.

The group is, therefore, making an appeal for unity among all and sundry since it is only through this that development can come.

Alhaji Azeez said: ’’I respectfully appeal to the traditional rulers under the leadership of His Royal Highness Oba AbdulGaniyu  Salaudeen, the Aseyin of Iseyin, the Chairman of Obas in Okeogun to speak with one voice against the neglect the area is suffering from.

I also want our sons and daughters from far and near to come home and establish industries so that our youths can be gainfully engaged. The governor has not fulfilled the promise he gave us in this community but we want to use this opportunity to appeal to Mr Sina Peller not to disappoint his people as he contests for the House of Representatives seat.

We wish him luck in this all-important assignment. As we continue to support government, both state and federal, we don’t  want  them  to turn  blind  eye to  our demands.’’

  • Oyo police read riot act to politicians

The Oyo state Police command on Monday read the riot act to politicians who are bent on causing violence and disrupting the existing peace in the pacesetter state during campaign rallies ahead of the forthcoming general election in the country.

Violence had erupted at different parts of the state during campaign rallies of the ruling party, All Progressive Congress (APC), the opposition party, People’s Democratic Party (PDP) , leading to killing of four persons , and injuring several others at Igboora, Omi-Adio and Ojoo areas of the state.

The state Commissioner of Police , Mr. Olukolu Shina , who just resumed duty in the state, at a press conference held at the Eleyele Police Headquarters, Ibadan  on Monday warned that anybody found in the act of violence  would be made to  face the full wrath of the law irrespective of the status of the offender in the society.

The Commissioner of Police who also paraded many other suspects ,  vowed to aggressively clampdown on political thugs and other criminals in the state as general elections are few days away.

Prominent among those  paraded  at the press conference was a 41-year-old-Pastor of the Redeemed Christian Church,  Olajide Olawale who stole his lover’s vehicle and sold to his friend in Abuja.

Olawale absconded with the Toyota Matrix last year before his arrest.

Other suspects  who are paraded are: a 50 year-old driver, Ismaila Yusuf who connived with a gang of armed robbers to rob his employer, a 39 year-old, Kunle Omolere and a 30-year-old Eniola Tosin who were arrested for cultism.

The list also included a 25-year-old potter, Idowu Nathaniel who was arrested for impersonating military officer, an impostor, Akintemi Tosin who paraded himself as an operative of the Special Anti-Rubbery Squad, and several other dealers of Indian hemp in the state.

The Commissioner who regretted the recent political violence which claimed many lives in the state, warned politicians with their supporters to desist from actions of violence as the election is around the corner.

He said: “we are however not oblivious of the recent violent activities of some miscreants who in the name of politics and in total defiance of our earlier warning caused violence in places like Oojo, Igboora and others.

“These political thugs who have made violence their trade mark have decided to serve as cogs in the wheel of democratic progress in the state.

“The violence witnessed in the places earlier mentioned resulted in loss of lives and injuries to some persons. This no doubt is an ominous sign that some desperate politicians intolerant of others are unrepentant in their quest to foment trouble using the instrumentality of political intimidation and thuggery.”

  • BREAKING: Court to deliver judgment Friday in Ladoja’s N4.7b fraud trial

The Federal High Court in Lagos will deliver judgment on Friday in the 12-year-old trial of former Oyo State Governor Chief Rashidi Ladoja for alleged N4.7billion fraud.

It was learnt that parties have been served with hearing notices.

Lead prosecuting counsel Mr Festus Keyamo (SAN) confirmed that his law firm got the judgment notice.

Asked if it was true that judgment would be delivered tomorrow, he replied “Yes”.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) re-arraigned Ladoja last November 5 following an amendment to the charge.

The commission first charged him with converting the money from the state treasury to his personal use in 2007.

The case went up to the Supreme Court due to interlocutory appeals filed by Ladoja.

Ladoja was re-arraigned along with his former Commissioner for Finance Waheed Akanbi on 11 counts of money laundering and unlawful conversion of public funds.

In the amended charge, EFCC added that Ladoja allegedly “compelled” a broker to sell the state’s shares.

EFCC alleged that the former governor allegedly did not remit N1.9billion realised from the sale of the shares.

The prosecution and the defence adopted their final written addresses on January 21 and and made closing arguments.

Justice Mohammed Idris informed parties that they would be notified once the judgment was ready.

EFCC accused the defendants of converting N1,932,940,032.48 belonging to Oyo to their personal use through the Guaranty Trust Bank account of a company, Heritage Apartments Limited, despite knowing that it was proceed of crime.

The prosecution said Ladoja removed £600,000 from the state coffers in 2007 and sent it to Bimpe Ladoja in London.

Ladoja also allegedly bought an armoured Land Cruiser jeep with N42million for himself using public funds.

EFCC said he converted N728,600,000 and another N77,850,000 at different times in 2007, and allegedly transferred N77, 850,000 to Bistrum Investments, which he nominated to help him purchase a property named Quarter 361 in Ibadan, Oyo State capital.

The alleged offence, EFCC said, contravenes sections 17(a) and18 (1) of the Money Laundering (Prohibition) Act, 2004, punishable under sections 14(1), 16(a) (b) and 18(2).

Ladoja and Akanbi pleaded not guilty.

Ladoja was governor from May 29, 2003 to January 12, 2006 when he was impeached. On November 1, 2006, the Appeal Court Ibadan, declared the impeachment null and illegal.

The Supreme Court upheld the decision on November 11, 2009, and Ladajo resumed office on December 12, 2006. He, however, lost a re-election bid.

  • 3,000 food vendors in Oyo declare support for Buhari/Osinbajo

No fewer than 3,000 food vendors in Oyo State have declared their support for the re-election of President Muhammadu Buhari.

The vendors had on Wednesday staged a peaceful rally in Ibadan, the Oyo state capital, to declare their support for Buhari and his vice, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports the food vendors, drawn from the 33 Local Government Areas in the state, were those under the Federal Government Home Grown School Feeding Programme.

Mrs Toyosi Ajobo, the State Coordinator, said they decided to endorse and declare their support for Buhari, having measured the impact of the feeding programme on their lives and their children.

“We want to say to President Muhammadu Buhari that we are so grateful and we wish him good health. We, the food vendors in Oyo state, are so grateful for his kind gesture.

“As parents, we got the job to take care of our families and it is also good for our children from Primary 1 to 3.

“The number of school children is increasing and they are all happy staying in school as they eat free food.

“With all these, we are sure that Mr President wants progress for all Nigerians. With this food, children come to school early and even stay in school. We are grateful, as parents and as the vendors,” she said.

Ajobo also noted that the Buhari-led administration had done well in the area of agriculture, another reason for which the vendors were supporting the president’s second term bid.

“Agriculture is improving. Before now, when farmers have excess produce, what they fail to sell end up as waste, which often discourage them from farming.

“But when the Federal Government started this initiative, farming has gone to another level and all farm produce are now in abundance and selling fast.

“We patronise the farmers and poultry producers who are always happy for creating the market to help mop up their farm produce. We are grateful to PMB for the efforts,” she said.

She thanked Gov. Abiola Ajimobi for allowing the state to be part of the first batch to accept the programme, saying they are grateful and better for it.

Mrs Bola Ajagbe, the State Financial Secretary of the group, expressed happiness that despite not being a politician or card-carrying member of any party, she was shortlisted to be a beneficiary of the scheme.

According to her, the transparent and non-partisan nature of the selection of the vendors makes the initiative a truly national project in the interest of the people and the country as a whole.

NAN reports that other road users suffered traffic gridlock as the vendors stormed the street with placards, singing various solidarity songs in support of Buhari.

  • 2019: Ibadan stands still for Buhari , Osinbajo

Ibadan, the Oyo state capital on Saturday stood still to receive President Muhammadu Buhari and Vice President Yemi Osinbajo who were in the state on a campaign tour.

This is coming even as the President solicited for the support and understanding of the traditional rulers and people of the state in his bid to take the country to its next level of development.

The two-legged event which started with a consultative meeting with traditional rulers from across the pacesetter state ended up with a presidential campaign rally at the famous Mapo Hall, Ibadan.

No fewer than 103 traditional rulers from Oyo state led by the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi, the Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Saliu Adetunji and Soun of Ogbomosho, Oba Jimoh Oyewumi met the President, the Vice President and other top party leaders at the consultative meeting which held at the House of Chiefs, Agodi Secretariat, Ibadan.

Addressing the traditional rulers, President Buhari who said he was in the state to meet the traditional rulers to thank them for the support his administration has enjoyed so far since assumption of office in 2015 recounting his attempts at winning earlier in 2003, 2007 and 2011 but not until 2015 when he won.

Noting how his administration had faired since 2015, the President said the 16 years of the People’s Democratic Party’s rule could be likened to torment to the people with a dearth of infrastructures despite the availability of immense fund.

The President added that his administration had laid the foundation for the development of the nation with physical infrastructures like the Lagos-Ibadan expressway and the light rail from Ibadan to Lagos which was nearing completion among other projects in the pipeline.

He said “I am here to warn you to please reflect on the conditions we met this country in 2015, where we are now and what we are able to do even with the little available resources to us. I keep on repeating this just as a reminder and I challenge any Nigeria to go to Europe, United States and Asia and check for the 16 years of PDP rule; I know you (traditional rulers) are supposed to be apolitical.

“I challenge anybody to go and check, that for the 16 years of PDP, Nigeria was earning good money and the state of our infrastructure and of our people were worse when we came, the road, the rail were in decay and there was no power. Along the line, some of them admitted that they spent 16 million dollars on power and yet to no avail.

“Once the roads are good, the rail is working and there is power, most Nigerians would mind their own business, they won’t even care about who is in government. But when there is no infrastructure, everybody will sit at home and curse the government.

“I assure you that our plan is to secure the country and improve on the economy and things that will rub on the life of the people. You all know these things more than I do because you sit more around your people day-in and day-out.

“So, please we need you and your constituencies, we appeal for your support and understanding. We assure you that we will not abuse the trust and we will not spare anybody who abuses the trust.”

Responding on behalf of the traditional rulers, the Alaafin appealed to the President to give Governor Abiola Ajimobi of Oyo state the needed support for him to emerge the next Senate president, saying the governor has indeed transformed the state from been known as a garrison command to a modern state upon the assumption of office in 2011.

While addressing the thousands of party supporters who had thronged the Mapo rally venue, APC National leader and Co-Chairman of the Presidential Campaign Council, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu warned the people not to be deceived with the lies of those he described as greedy looters.

He pointed out that only the main opposition party is planning to rig election but that members of the ruling party must ensure that they troop out on February 16th to celebrate the final burial of the opposition and send some political opponents to their political retirement.

Tinubu said, “Don’t let looters and greedy people lie to you and deceive you again. Have you been hearing that they have been threatening that they will rig the election? Will we still rig election with this huge population of supporters? Are they not the ones without members anymore? They are the ones without people. We are not going backwards again.

“I won’t mention anybody’s name but I want to say that if they cannot vote or do politics again, let them go and throw in the towel. I implore you all to go out on the day of the election, don’t just say we have won already; you still need to go and vote because we need to prove that we have the number to win the election. President Muhammadu Buhari is the only choice.”

He urged the people to keep their PVCs intact and ensure they vote all the APC candidates in the spirit of the true progressives.

In his charge to the party members, APC National chairman, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole said the opposition killed themselves with their deeds in the last 16years.

“All the things that they have done in their 16years rule is now standing against them. They are the ones dead and on the 16th of February we will bury them all. What killed them is your PVC. I can assure you that on February 16th, some of them will indeed die politically. I am so happy because we have done what is right.

“I will tell you the difference between the progressives and the conservatives. In the past, the PDP philosophy is just about sharing the money. They only share what belongs to everybody to the rich. But now President Muhammadu Buhari has come in and said no more stealing from the government treasury to be shared by the rich for the rich.”

“I hope you listened to Alhaji Abubakar Atiku interview in Lagos who said if you make mistake to elect ‘those who are dead’, that he will sell everything that is owned by the government and that he will enrich his friend. Does Atiku know you? Is he your friend?

“He did not say he will enrich Nigerians, he did not say he will empower Nigerians, he did not say he will support the youths, he said he will enrich his friends. Are you going to vote for a man who has told you his agenda to enrich his friends?

“The partnership between a trader who doesn’t care about who is stealing the good from the store and the man who says he will enrich his friends through public treasure is a partnership in death politically and I know that all of you in Oyo state on February 16 will open and shine our eyes to vote them out and vote Buhari in.

Reacting to the sudden change of tune by Ex-President Olusegun Obasanjo to declare support to his former Vice as the PDP presidential candidate, the APC national chairman said, “you know in Yoruba land, we respect elders but when someone is old and also lies in the morning, noon and evening, such an old man doesn’t deserve our respect because respect begets respect.

“So, that man who said Atiku is a thief. He said it in the morning, he said it in the afternoon and even wrote about it in his book and only came back to say he (Obasanjo) has forgiven him (Atiku), is he (Obasanjo) equivalent to Nigeria? I think that is very insulting for anyone who has been outsmarting as that old age cheating farmer, who has governed Nigeria for about eleven and half years to say that once he forgives, what was stolen, all Nigeria must forgive, is to assume that he is equivalent to Nigeria, that is not the tradition, even in Yorubaland.

“So, I ask you all to recognize that it is not over until he is over, so, you come out and vote against privatisation of Nigeria. Vote against the auctioning of our national asset. Vote against the enriching of the friends of Atiku.”

In his welcome remarks, the host governor Ajimobi said “I am appealing to you that this election is between the following: this election is between the progressives and the retrogressive, it is between development with healing and development with stealing.

“It is between security of looting and security of saving. It is between integrity and decadence. It is between nobility of character and ignobility of character. It is between rectitude and dishonesty. It is between accountability and impunity. It is between corruptibility and incorruptibility. It is between APC and headache. It is between APC and dane guns, it is between daylight and darkness. It is between ‘we are dead’ and we are not dead.

“And I want to say this, President Muhammadu Buhari and Vice President Osinbajo met Nigeria in bricks, in broken bricks, they have moved it to marble, the next level is granite and they want to move it to granite level.”

Agboke appealed to the female journalists to continue to encourage citizens in their reports to pick up all uncollected PVCs which he said is still over 900,000.

  • I was not permitted to continue Kalu’s trial – Judge

Justice Mohammed Idris on Wednesday said the Court of Appeal President Zainab Bulkachuwa did not give him a fiat to continue to adjudicate on the trial of former Abia State Governor Dr Orji Uzor Kalu.

The judge was handling the 12-year-old case at the Federal High Court in Lagos before he was elevated to appellate court last June 13.

While he was given a fiat to conclude the cases of former Oyo State Governor Rashidi Ladoja and former President Goodluck Jonathan’s ex-aide Dr Waripamo-Owei Dudafa, he said he got no such authorisation for Kalu’s.

Justice Idris therefore adjourned Kalu’s trial indefinitely.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) re-arraigned Kalu for allegedly laundering N7.65billion state funds.

Addressing parties, Justice Idris said: “This matter was listed on Wednesday because it was adjourned till today for defence. What has happened is that the last fiat that was issued by the President of the Court of Appeal expired at the end of November 2018.

“On the 10th of January, 2019, I received fresh fiat in respect of some matters that I have started and some new matters but this particular case was not mentioned.

“For this reason, I have a strong feeling that I shouldn’t continue with proceedings in this case unless there is a further directive from the President of the Court of Appeal. I should not proceed further; otherwise I might be acting without authority.

“In the circumstance, I am of the view that further proceedings shouldn’t go on until I receive further information by way of fresh fiat from the Court of Appeal President. As soon as I receive further instruction, hearing notice will be sent to counsel.”

EFCC said Kalu, whist being governor between 2001 and September 2006, procured Slok Nigeria Ltd, a company owned by him and members of his family, to retain N7.2billion in its Inland Bank Plc account, on his behalf.

The commission said the money “formed part of the funds illegally derived from the treasury of Abia State government and which was converted into several bank drafts before they were paid into the said company’s account”.

Kalu was accused of collaborating with Udeh Jones Udeogu Slok Nigeria and Emeka Abone (at large) “in concealing the genuine origin of an aggregate sum of N7, 197,871,208.70…”

The alleged offence violates Section 17(c) of the Money Laundering (Prohibition) Act, 2004, and was liable to be punished under Section 16.

Kalu and Udeogu, a former Director of Finance in Abia State Government House, pleaded not guilty to the charge.

They were initially arraigned on a 34-count charge to which five fresh counts were added.

Prosecuting counsel Rotimi Jacobs (SAN) said the amendment was needed because of new evidence provided by the 19 witnesses who testified in the trial. He said he would not call additional witnesses despite the amendment having closed the prosecution’s case on May 11.

Beside the N7.2billion, the defendants were also accused of receiving N460million allegedly stolen from the Abia State Government treasury between July and December 2002.

EFCC said they breached Section 427 of the Criminal Code Act, Cap 77, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 1990.

Udeogu, Slok Nigeria, Abone and Michael Udo, also at large, were accused of collaborating with Kalu to conceal the “genuine origin” of allegedly stolen funds.

  • Seyi Makinde to voters: I will create wealth if elected

The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) candidate in Oyo state Seyi Makinde has assured his administration would create wealth for all and sundry if voted in the March 2, 2019 election.

He gave the assurance during his campaign in Igbeti and other communities in Oke-Ogun area of the state on Tuesday.

The politician explained that creating wealth will help solve the major security and economic problems in the state.

Makinde also pledged to give due honour to traditional rulers in the state.

During his visit to the palace of the Afasegbejo of Igbeti, Oba Emmanuel Oyebisi, Makinde said nothing has changed since he came to seek their votes four years ago.

He promised to correct all anomalies and put the state in a higher pedestal.

He said: “Four years ago, I visited you soliciting for your votes to become governor of the state, this is God’s time and his time is the best.

” There is nothing I told you four years ago that is not still relevant today and the two vocal things were poverty in the land, after four years, it seems worse.

“The second thing I mentioned is the entitlement of traditional rulers in Oyo State, which is five per cent of the allocation from the local government according to the constitution.

“The current administration did not do it four years ago and not even ready to do it.

“Today, you have tried the two options. You can attest to situations during PDP administration and the other party. Their style is to feed fat first without considering the fate of the masses.

“We are here today to appeal to you to vote PDP government back to power in Oyo State.

“From our presidential candidate Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and his vice presidential candidate, Peter Obi, our senatorial candidate, House of Representatives, myself as gubernatorial candidate and my deputy, Raufu Olaniyan and our candidate for state House of Assembly, kindly support us by convincing your people to vote for us and not sell their votes.

“It is very evident that people want PDP to return to power. We will be grateful if you can support us to achieve this.”

Oba Oyebisi wished the PDP train success in their tour, intimating them the people have their right to vote but urged them to eschew violence during their rally.

Should Makinde win, Oba Oyebisi urged him to direct investments into the town’s heavy deposit of marble to improve the economy of the town and create employment for locals.

He also called for provision of potable water and citing of a tertiary institution in the town.

Tagged ‘Oke-Ogun progressive walk’, the campaign train kicked off from his hometown in Iseyin local government and moved to Itesiwaju, Iwajowa and Kajola local governments respectively.

According to Shina Peller, the walk was to reassure constituents, if elected he will rapidly foster economic and infrastructural development in the constituency.

While he enjoined youth to actively participate in electioneering process, he explained:  “There is an urgent need to play our part and be sure we are not tossing the government into the hands of people who will set us back again, we need to do our part for this country to move forward”.

  • APC women, youths mobilise for Buhari, Osinbajo in Southwest

Ibadan, the Oyo State capital was practically locked down on Saturday as female and youth members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) gathered to mobilize for the re-election of President Muhammadu Buhari and Vice President Yemi Osinbajo.

Women and youth groups from the six states of Oyo, Lagos, Ondo, Ogun, Ekiti and Osun stormed the Obafemi Awolowo Stadium (formerly Liberty Stadium) in different customized APC uniforms to express their support and persuade others to join the second-term bid of the president and his deputy.

To the women, Buhari’s support for the various market groups with financial aids and social investment facilities including Tradermoni, Marketmoni and N-Power as well as the administration’s other achievements in infrastructure; security and anti-corruption make their re-election deserving.

The youths posited that re-electing the APC candidates is the only sure way of building and securing their future, pointing out that allowing another party to win might truncate their hopes of a better future.

The delegates were led by the wives of the state governors including Erelu Bisi Fayemi (Ekiti), Mrs Bolanle Ambode (Lagos), Mrs Olufunso Amosun (Ogun), Mrs Betty Anyanwu-Akeredolu (Ondo), Mrs Kafayat Oyetola (Osun) and Mrs Florence Ajimobi (Oyo), who doubles as the chief host and Southwest Zonal Coordinator of the group.

“Today if we say we are with the APC, it is right for anyone to ask us why. In that wise, what response are we going to give them? The response should be that, we are with good people. It is a party with integrity, it is a merciful party. APC and the government of President Muhammadu Buhari is a compassionate party. This government is feeding students and has remembered and supported farmers. The food being prepared for the children are gotten from the farmers. The farmers are getting better.

“President Buhari and APC also remembered the market women. He remembered petty traders and supported them. And more importantly, tell them you are supporting APC because we are going to the next level. We are going to the next level and we are going higher in our lives, our career, our jobs and in other areas of the national life.

“This gathering is for women and youths. The youths must listen to what I am saying, look at all our mothers here, they are here because of you. Even if they (the oppositions) have lied to you, as youths let me tell you the truth. All that President Buhari is doing is because of you and for you.

“I want our youths to know that on the day of the election, they must not fight so as not to make our mothers weep. On the day of the election, we must go to the polls rejoicing because we know we are going higher to the next level.”

In her remark, the National Women Leader/National Coordinator, Hajia Salamatu Baiwa, said: “This President has done us good and it is our turn to say ‘thank you’ by going back to bring our families to re-elect our president, our father, Baba Buhari, so that he can consolidate on the good works he has started so as to sustain a beautiful future for our children.

“Remember, we can’t afford to leave our country in the hands of thieves, those who will sell all Nigerian assets and leave us (women and our children) stranded. Can we afford to do that? Can we afford to leave Nigeria in the hands of thieves? If that is the case, come all out with your children and then vote for President Buhari again so that Nigeria can be better, so that our children can have a greater future.”

The Southwest Zonal Youth Leader, Mr Lawal Kolade said: “We are here today on a historical mission. Nigerian belongs to all of us. To whom much is given, much is expected. Our dear president has done much for us to re-elect him, come February 16, 2019.

“What Buhari is doing is building the foundation for us because in the next ten years, he will be back home playing advisory roles for us. President Buhari is fixing the future of the youths and so we must help him to help ourselves. When we leave here, let us go from house-to-house, from street-to-street, local government-to-local government and from state-to-state to tell them the good job the president is doing.”
