    Olu-Alo hails Nigeria at 65, Ekiti at 29

    …Charges Nigerians on sacrifice, national development

    A popular preacher, Prophet Sam Olu-Alo, has congratulated Nigerians and President Bola Tinubu on the 65th independence anniversary.

    He called on Nigerians to always make necessary sacrifices that would help the country to attain greatness.

    Olu-Alo, who is the planter of of CAC Adamimogo, Grace of Mercy Prayer Mountain World-wide, also congratulated Ekiti people and Governor Biodun Oyebanji on the 24th year of the creation of Ekiti State.

    The cleric in his goodwill message by his Personal Assistant, Hon. Deji Ogunbusuyi, said Nigeria remained one indivisible entity despite the political and ethnic forces differences of its people, urging Nigerians to continually pray and make concerted efforts to ensure the nation’s upliftment.

    Olu-Alo, who described Nigerians as resilient people, said all hands must be on deck in building a peaceful, united and prosperous nation, adding that citizens must eschew divisive tendencies at this time that we need to stand and live together as brothers.

    He urged all Nigerians to participate actively and constructively in the process of nation-building for the country to get over all her challenges.

    While congratulating Ekiti people on the 29th anniversary of the creation of the State, he said a better and well-developed State should remain paramount in the hearts of the citizens.

    “I therefore call on the Ekitis, both at home and abroad, to support and join hands with the government in repositioning the state and ensure its all-round development of the State.

    “The task of rebuilding and repositioning the state is a collective effort and through our cooperation, a truly prosperous state would be built and we shall put it firmly on the path of honour and irreversible development,” he stated.

    He urged the people not to relent in praying for the both administrations to be able to make life better for the people.

    The preacher appealed to all political parties and residents of Ekiti state to conduct themselves peacefully in their forthcoming parties governorship primary elections.

    In a separate statement, the cleric also congratulated His Royal Majesty, Oba Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja on his recent coronation as the 44th Olubadan of Ibadanland.

    Prophet Olu-Alo, who is founder of Adamimogo FM Nigeria and the owner of Adamimogo 105:1 FM, Ibadan in Oyo State and others in Southwest, said the momentous occasion marks a significant milestone in the history of Ibadan’s traditional institution.

    While also rejoicing with the monarch on his birthday celebration, the cleric said: “Your ascension to the throne is a testament to your leadership qualities and dedication to the well-being of your people. As a former Governor of Oyo State, you have demonstrated exceptional governance skills, and your experience will undoubtedly shape your reign as Olubadan.

    “I pray God will grant you wisdom and knowledge to lead and guide the people as well as giving you sound health as you embark on this new chapter. May your reign be marked by peace, prosperity, and the continued growth of Ibadanland”.

    Eid-el-Mawlid: Cleric urges prayers for national development

    Nigerians have urged to use the occasion of Eid-Maulid celebration to pray for peace,  growth and development of the country.

    The Planter of Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) Adamimogo Grace of Mercy Prayer Mountain Worldwide, Prophet Sam Olu-Alo, in a statement congratulated Muslims in Ekiti State and Nigeria at large for witnessing the annual celebration.

    The statement signed by his aide, Hon Deji Ogunbusiyi, noted the Muslim Ummah  deserved to celebrate and recognise the birthday of Prophet Mohammed (SWT) annually.

    While charging the Muslim Ummah to also use the period to pray for country and Ekiti State,  he said that “the prayer of the righteous could put in place the right leadership.”

    Stressing the importance of Eid-el-Mawlid, he said the celebration presented Muslims with an opportunity to draw closer to Allah in worship and to seek His face on various issues, “social, economical, political, psychological and spiritual.”

    Prophet called on Muslim Ummah and non-Muslims to irrespective of their religious inclination, always make use of such occasion as this to lift nationhood.

    According to him: “Let us think about all that these symbols of our religions did to better the lit of humanity in their time. They were selfless. They cared for the downtrodden. They engendered peace.

    “The Holy Prophet (PBOH), who we are celebrating his birth today, gave all his service to mankind. Let us be our brothers’ keepers.

    “I can assure you that Nigeria, with our diverse and multiple religions and ethnicity, has the wherewithal to climb the nationhood ladder”.

    He invited all youths to a vigil programme  on October 24, 2025 at the Purpose centre Abuja.

    In a separate statement,  the cleric aide said: ” Prophet has a special calling for the youths and so we are inviting them  to the vigil. He has a praying ministry . 

    “We just concluded an annual conference tagged:” Mercy of David”and we have witnessed and heard so many testimonies and I want to assure those who would be attending the Abuja programme also that there would be revival of the spirit of God , there would be advancement and I am believing God that more people would  come to the knowledge of Christ, they will find out about their purpose in life and they would receive deliverance and  breakthrough”.

    Cleric sympathises with Ayefele over Fresh FM fire incident

    Popular cleric, Prophet Sam Olu-Alo, has sympathised with family, management and staff of Fresh FM Nigeria over the devastating fire incident that ravaged the radio station’s headquarters in Ibadan on Friday. 

    He described the incident as unfortunate and distressing, emphasizing the importance of the radio station to the media landscape in Oyo State. 

    A statement by the Personal Assistant to the cleric, Hon. Deji Ogunbusuyi noted that Fresh FM Nigeria has been a beacon of hope and a voice for the voiceless, and its contributions to the community will not be easily forgotten.

    The Cleric prayed for the safety of the staff and management of the radio station, wishing them strength during this challenging period. 

    He also commended the swift response of the fire service personnel who helped mitigate the damage.

    He emphasised the need for a thorough investigation into the cause of the fire incident to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

    He extended sympathies to the entire media community in Oyo State, who have been affected by the loss of this iconic radio station. 

    He however urged the people of Ibadan to come together in support of their own during this difficult time.

    Cleric empowers unemployed graduates

    A renowned cleric and Planter of Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) Grace of Mercy prayer mountain, Adamimogo prayer city, Lagos, Prophet Sam Olu-Alo, has empowered hundreds of youths and unemployed graduates with skills acquisition and start-up capital.

    The cleric also catered for the spiritual needs of the young Nigerians in a power packed 30-day fasting and prayer programme at his church premises on Lekki Epe expressway, Lagos.

    Speaking with journalists at the event, the Cleric said this year’s edition of the fasting and prayer programme tagged: “Sure Mercy of David” is the eight edition as the Prophet recalled that not less than 5,000 Nigerians benefit yearly from his humanitarian and spiritual benevolence.

    According to him, the beneficiaries are being trained to acquired various vocational skills including tailoring, welding, cell phone repairing, among others. 

    He said: “The beneficiaries would, as usual, be given Start-Up capital as well as kits to start their various vocations and then become empowered to cater for themselves, families and be useful for the country. Artisans who do no have means of starting their vocations are also benefitting from the humanitarian gestures.”

    The cleric urged youths to acquire vocational skills with tertiary institutions’ certificates for them to be job creators instead of job seekers.

    He said acquiring University certificates is not enough to secure jobs for graduates in Nigeria, adding that combining this with vocational skills would make brighter future for young Nigerians.

    He appealed to wealthy Nigerians to support the nation by using part of their wealth to create jobs and empower youths around them just as he has been doing for eight years now. 

    Some of the participants at the yearly fasting and prayers programme commended the philanthropic gesture of prophet Sam olu alo, urging him to continue to do more.

    The cleric also tasked Nigerians to be more patriotic and shun acts capable of disrupting the peace currently being enjoyed in the country.

    One of the beneficiaries, Oladokun Oyekunle, said he got employed on a platter of gold at the private radio station of the church in Ado-Ekiti Ekiti State.

    According to him: “I am an ardent follower of Prophet Olu Alo on the social media. I came here for this program from Ado-Ekiti to surprise my mom who is a regular attendee of the programme. Last Friday night during the prayer programme, my mummy was one of those the Prophet spoke to and asked if his son was here.

    “When I heard that I ran out to join my Mom. And then the Prophet prayed for us. After the prayer, the Prophet asked if l was a graduate and l said yes. Right there, the Man of God promised to employ me in his private radio station in Ado-Ekiti. 

    “I have been learning about Prophet Olu Alo ‘s philanthropic gestures to people, how he blesses many with foodstuffs, cars and several  lifeline, I never knew I would one day also benefit from his generosity and love. Before now, l have nothing to sustain me. 

    “This is a miracle for me because he even directed that l should be given automatic employment. I have been watching and following his programmes since 2019. I hold HND in Accounting.”

    Man seeks retraction of alleged defamatory statements against cleric

    Emmanuel Omotosho, through Falana & Falana Chambers, has demanded retraction of alleged false and defamatory statement against Prophet Sam Olu-Alo by one Daniels Rotimi Paul.

    Omotosho alleged that Daniels has been spreading malicious and falsehood statements against Olu-Alo, who he described as his spiritual father, mentor and benefactor.

    Omotosho in the letter dated 21, May 2025 and signed by Adams Atata of Falana & Falana Chambers demanded that Daniels retract his defamatory statements against the Prophet. 

    The letter  titled: “Complaint against your spread of malicious falsehood, blackmail, cyberstalking, cyberbullying, and character assassination of Prophet Sam Olu Alo” reads: “The above subject matter refers: We are solicitors to Emmanuel Odunayo Omotosho,of 65, Obayan Street,off Community Road, Akoka, Lagos State, hereinafter referred to as our Client, and at his behest and authority we write you.

    “It has been brought to our attention that you have taken to various social media platforms using “Rotimi Daniels to malign, publish, disseminate, and promote false, malicious, and defamatory content targeting our Client’s spiritual father, mentor and benefactor, Prophet Sam Olu Alo.

    “While you apparently know that these statements are not only baseless, with no iota of truth whatsoever, you are bent on uttering them to damage our Client’s reputation, impugn his character, and mislead the public.

    “Please be informed that your actions amount to a gross violation of Prophet Sam Olu Alo’s rights under the law, including but not limited to defamation, cyberstalking, cyberbullying, and character assassination. These are actionable wrongs for which you may be held liable in both civil and criminal law”. 

    Daniels was issued seven days from May 21 to retract all alleged false and defamatory statements against the cleric on all social media platforms and any other channels where such statements have been published.

    Invest in interstate speed rail for economic growth, Cleric urges Southwest Govs

    A cleric and philanthropist, Prophet Sam Olu-Alo, has urged Southwest Governors to collaborate with the newly formed Southwest Development Commission and invest in construction of an interstate speed rail network to boost connectivity and economic growth of the region.

    The cleric, who is the Planter, Grace of Mercy Prayer Mountain Worldwide, stated that the transformative potential of the proposed project was enormous if the governors can tap into it.

    Speaking during an interview, Olu-Alo noted that linking the six Southwest states with modern railway system will create jobs for many unemployed Nigerians, particularly the youths, ease travelling burdens and generate revenue for southwest states.

    He said: “Imagine a seamless rail network connecting no less than 44 cities and towns in our region, this is not just about infrastructure; it is about restoring the Southwest to its position as Nigeria’s economic hub. This project will empower our people, drive commerce, and uplift countless communities.”

    According to him, southwest as a whole needs good road infrastructure, citing example of a Senator from Osun State, who revoked a road contract to a contractor due to usage of substandard materials, saying roads across the region would have been better off if others can emulate that.

    The cleric, who hailed Oyo Governor Seyi Makinde for his strides in road construction in the State,  lamented poor state of road infrastructure in several border areas between Southwest States and Kogi.

    He said people of Ekiti are commending Governor Abiodun Oyebanji for his efforts, urging him to do more for the state.

    He urged leaders in the region to adopt united front and collaborate on a shared vision for a speed rail project, which according to him, would serve as a legacy for generations to come.

    “Governance is not about political parties but about the people, our elder statesmen, monarchs, and stakeholders must rally the governors to act decisively. Let us leave behind a legacy of collaboration and regional development,” he said. 

    He advocated for the passage of a project continuity bill, which would ensure that critical infrastructural projects are not abandoned by succeeding administrations, thus preventing waste of public resources.

    The Prophet called on President Bola Tinubu and the governors to intensify efforts to combat insecurity, especially to protect farmers who face threats in their line of work.
