    Ayodele surely has cause to celebrate. The Nigerian herbal medicine practitioner who blazed the trail in traditional medicine practice that is now popular at home and abroad is sure to get a standing ovation in Dubai during her forthcoming birthday celebration.

    The choice of Dubai we hear is meant to find a spot for her friends in Africa as well as her friends and business partners from other countries of the world too.

  • Quincy Ayodele honoured

    IT is yet another glorious honour for the founder of Quincy Herbals, Mrs. Quincy Olasumbo Ayodele, when she was befitted with Excellence Award in recognition of her contribution to the development of medicinal plant into medicinal herbs products and foods. The highly revered honour which was bestowed on her at the 13th Biennial Conference of Association of Lady Pharmacists [ALPS] was held in Abuja a couple of weeks ago also witnessed decoration of other prominent Nigerians.

    Also recognised on the day was Director-General of NAFDAC, Dr Mrs Moji Christiana Adeyeye, who also praised the association led by Head, Traditional Medicine Division, Federal Ministry of Health, Hajia Zainab Sheriff, for doing a great job. Encomium was showered on Ayodele for remaining consistent in promoting medicinal plant for over two decades.

    Body-building expert, Dr. Quincy Ayodele, and her siblings are mourning the loss of their beloved father, Chief Amos Oluwole Sodimu, after a brief illness. And to give the late Olori Aje of Egba Gbeyin a befitting burial, Quincy and her siblings are organising a memorable rite of passage to the great beyond.

    Quincy’s friends and notable Nigerians are gearing up for the burial. It is billed to take place in Abeokuta, Ogun State, on June 19 and 20.

    LIKE every other family business, herbal slimming expert, Quincy Ayodele, is grooming her first daughter, Maria Tobi Ayodele-Keeney, to take over her thriving herbal treatment business, Quincy Herbal Slimmers.

    Sources disclosed that Maria, who got married to Trevor Keeney, an American, is planning to return home and take over her mother’s business, as well as reposition the brand.Maria has a medical cum science background and she is learning the rudiments of the business from her mum.

    The 26-year-old lady and her sister, Marita Ayodele, hugged stardom some years ago as students of the University of Maryland, Baltimore, USA with their project, Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD), aimed at curtailing the rising incidence of drug and alcohol abuse as well as cultism amongst teenagers and young adults in secondary schools and tertiary institutions in the country, and ever since they have been stepping out in social functions with their mum.
