Managing Director of Real Estate Doctors Enterprise Limited (REDOC) Dr Olakunle Olowoselu has been inducted into the Fellowship Hall of Fame by the Chartered Institute of Public Resources Management and Politics, Ghana.
The ceremony recognised Olowoselu for his exceptional leadership in the real estate industry and commitment to innovative and sustainable urban development practices.
The Chartered Institute of Public Resources Management and Politics, Ghana, established in May 1995, is renowned for its commitment to promoting entrepreneurial proficiency, cultivating management excellence, and advocating for zero tolerance for corrupt practices in both public and private sectors of national economies.
The award was presented by the Executive Directors of the institute, with Mr Seye Philips and Mr Sadiq Olanrewaju, the leaders of their West African Operations.

Leading the delegation, Philips emphasised that the Fellowship Hall of Fame is reserved for individuals who consistently demonstrate uncommon resilience, innovation, and impactful contributions to their respective economic sectors.
“Dr Olowoselu’s pioneering vision in urban planning and housing development, coupled with his advocacy for smart investment in real estate, has not only caught our attention but has set a remarkable standard in the Nigerian real estate sector,” Philips began.
“We are proud to recognize Dr. Olakunle Olowoselu as an illustrious and uncommon professional who has made significant contributions to the national service delivery and has left an indelible mark in the real estate landscape.”
Olowoselu expressed gratitude to the institute for acknowledging his efforts and vowed to continue addressing the housing deficit in Nigeria.
He said the recognition was not just a personal achievement but a call to action for the next generation of real estate professionals, inspiring them to forge their paths in the industry.
